I’ve been experiencing some problems while setting the theme up. I could really use your help with these 3 issues so far:
1. Categories on my homepage top menu turn white (instead of black) when I hover over them. On every other page except for the homepage the categories turn black when I hover over them. Is there any way this can be fixed? Maybe I’m overseeing some command?
2. My contact page doesn’t save the desktop, tablet portrait, and mobile portrait layouts as separate layout versions. If I modify and update the mobile version layout, it sets it as the desktop and tablet layout too, even though I did all 3 of them differently it reverts them to the same layout.
3. On the ’’GRID 3 COLUMNS I’’ page I want to remove the grid filter (’’enable grid filter’’ in the layout>filter tab) for my mobile and tablet portrait versions but include them in my desktop version of the page. However, it either hides or shows categories in all 3 of those versions. Can this issue be maneuvered around or is it an ,,either or’’ type of thing?

No, there are no such plans to add this.

I purchased a year ago but I’m just now getting around to implementing in during my off-season. This is my only question I promise and I’m happy to renew support if anything else were to come up…
I have only one issue, which is getting my main portfolio plugin “Envira Gallery” to work with ajax transitions (a major component of what makes your theme so beautiful). The galleries show perfectly when ajax transitions are off but do not load correctly when going from one page with an envira gallery loaded and transitioning via ajax to another page with envira gallery loaded.
I’ve attempted adding jQuery selectors to the Prevent elements from being AJAX triggered in the theme’s customizer options to no avail. Any leads here are greatly appreciated…
Please note that I realize Rhye’s gallery feature is quite nice but a very necessary feature for me with envira galleries is the ability to sort / show work randomly which I don’t see with Rhye’s gallery feature. I would consider rebuilding all galleries here if this was an option…

Hello. I think you’d better to look for a suitable plugin in WordPress directory to achieve that since such features are not a theme’s territory.
Does the theme not support Woocommerce reviews? I have woocommerce active on my site, however, the reviews isnt showing on the product pages. And there isnt any plugin that disables this feature.
Hello. The theme has no layout/functional compatibility with WooCommerce plugin. But It doesn’t disable reviews either.

The subheading will appear if you unassign all categories from that portfolio post.
If you need your text appear after the line, use “Text” field in admin panel and make sure it’s enabled to appear in Elementor masthead settings: screenshot

Thanks for your response ! My company purchased this theme so it’s not linked to my personal account. I indeed managed to create a subheading by putting some div and custom class in the “Text” field. Works great ! At least I hope my questions and your responses can help others !

Hello! Unfortunately theme doesn’t support galleries as cover images for blog posts out of the box. You can code your own implementation of this feature in file /wp-content/themes/rhye/template-parts/blog/post/post.php lines 19–37 where the featured image is displayed.

After updating yesterday my website does not charge anymore and I found out that disabling contact form 7 did the trick.
So I think there is a compatibility problem with contact form 7 and the new theme update

Good evening! This is a very nice theme. We need to use a multi-language site, which we did for drupal and due to some issues we would like to switch to WP. Is there anyway to make this theme multi-lingual? Thank you very much! (We are new to WP as it looks obvious.-)

After automaticaly update (WP 6.3.1 and Rhye 3.4.1) my webpage is not working properly. The Rhye dynamic and static widgets are totaly missing and I think, that causes the loosing of text and/ore picture on the webside. I just wanted to edit the text on one portfolio page via Elementor and now some contant is just missing!!
