I am having issues with installing your Zyan theme. I have installed the main theme and when I go to install the child theme I get the error message The parent them is missing.

I don’t use Skype. Can we communicate through email? Also I have attempted 3 times to reinstall the theme on clean databases and I am not getting anything close to the demo.
