Pre-sale question: Is it possible to replace the default ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Enroll Now’ buttons with a custom ‘Register’ button that links to an external form (e.g., from a CRM or CMS tool like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) instead of using WooCommerce or a subscription model? We are not selling courses directly but collecting registrations via forms. Also, does the theme support showcasing both live online and offline/in-person courses clearly?

Thanks for your question. Our theme uses the LearnPress plugin to manage courses. You can easily create and showcase both online and offline courses in our theme. Additionally, it’s possible to replace the default “Buy Now” or “Enroll” button with a custom “Register” button that links to any external form (e.g., from HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

LearnPress, by default, does not support opening external links in a pop-up. External links open directly on the external site.
To open external links in a pop-up, custom code or a WordPress pop-up plugin is needed. So, you will need to handle this customization on your own.

We provide the free version of LearnPress with our theme. However, the certificate feature is part of the LearnPress premium add-ons, so it needs to be purchased separately from LearnPress.

Kindly accept our extreme apology for the delay in service. We suddenly lost all Internet communication in our Headquarters and all over the country due to a non-political student protest. Our govt infrastructures got attacked, and the data center was among those, that ruined our broadband too. Due to this incident, the whole country has been blacked out from any internet connection for over five days. Student are not able to generate their certificate on their own. They can take courses and after completing courses they can get the certificate of the instructor set certificate on their course.

I have already opened a ticket… And the team have writed to me which stay working for solve the issues One month ago. Issue when import demo content, issue with images, issue with a lot of Page files which are old version of learnpress, etc etc

The issue stems from your theme not updating to a version compatible with the main purpose of the theme, which is a LearnPress system theme. Your theme is broken. As a developer, I’ve checked it and found that it’s not compatible with the latest version of LearnPress. For instance, the profile page is not displaying properly, and the QR code functionality isn’t working. I’ve spent five days analyzing this to identify the bugs. I hope you take note of this comment and either update the theme or thoroughly test it before releasing it to the public.
