I hope you are doing well. I recently attempted to deactivate my purchase code for in order to use it on my website (https://vorarlbergprojects.com/). However, I encountered the following error:
“Please Note! It will work with your purchase code only once. Next time, please use the license disconnection tool implemented into the theme. You’ve reached the maximum reset attempts.”
Unfortunately, I was unable to disconnect the license using the built-in tool before the previous installation was removed. I would appreciate it if you could manually reset my license so I can activate the theme on my new website.

Before any manipulations that will require re-entering the purchase key even on the same domain (e.g: WordPress reinstallation or cleaning the database), you may disconnect the domain under Theme panel > Theme dashboard > General tab. – https://themerex.net/wp/purchase-code/

thanks for yor answer, the Themerex Updater does not work, I checked my licence key is correct, I have a child theme does it change anything ?

Hi support, is it possible to add my own content with elementor or Gutenberg on single portfolio post? Or can I only use the fields of custom post type editor? For example: add my own gallery with captions below the artist details, instead of the gallery inserted by the theme (not clickable). Thank you

SCSS files not regenerating after changing colors. We setup the theme on 3 different server and provider. And whole time the Colors cant be changed. When I change color it will be changed in the preview we see everything correct when we reload the page without elementor view its still old colors. We removed cache and else…
