Hello, for some reason this is now a car theme ??! how can I update the iRepair I bought to most recent version?? This was a horribile stupid decision

Bought this theme as an IT repair wordpress theme. Now i want to set up my online store, had to upgrade to latest version. It changed from IT repair to a broken Car repair theme. The services where migrated to portfolio category and you cannot edit as it’s on Demo 1 click install content. There’s also a unremovable icon right down the screen that you can’t do nothing about it. Tried my best to modify the webpage, but there are so many strange bugs that it’s unusable. Went back to my older iRepair theme Version: 2.4.2, but i cannot use Woocommerce anymore cause it was updated. Instead maintaining IT REPAIR, you guys changed an entire product you sold years before. Now? What do i do?

I’d like the user to be able to log in to keep track of the status of their car’s repair, is that possible?

We updated the theme from 1.1.6 to 3.0 and it seems the massive changes in the updates affected the design/looks of our site. Is there a proper upgrade pathway or way to properly import our style/design to the new version?
