We created a Ticket a few weeks before in Support Portal and it was still Open. The Support expired in the meantime and we have extended it now. We are still seeing “Sorry, the support license on this ticket has expired. The ticket owner will need to extend their support license and submit a new ticket.” when we try to reply to the Open Ticket and we are also unable to create any new Ticket either. Could you please check and resolve the Support issue immediately?

As you know when any candidate/job seeker register on website he/she have to must update their profile with like designation, job type, job category, qualification, experience, age, skill, etc.

So develop the function called “Personalised suggestion” based on the candidate profile. most of the companies already doing this.

This is really a game changer feature for your product.
