I am unable to open a ticket for support. When I try to submit a ticket it tells me:
“There is already an open ticket with the provided purchase code!”
So I go to my old ticket and try to reply there…and it tells me:
“Sorry, the support license on this ticket has expired. The ticket owner will need to extend their support license and submit a new ticket.”
But Themeforest tells me I have 4 months of support remaining. The issue may be that I bought 2 licenses, months apart. I think its seeing the older license that I used to create that ticket, and just assuming I only have 1.
There r no options to view/select a different license. So I made a new account on your support site in order to use the newer license, but it immediately became a clone of my original account (as the newer license i entered is attached to the same envato account.)

This set up is not efficient. There can be multiple issues encountered with the theme. What you have set up is only allowing one ticket at a time. My previous ticket is about mycred payment video. You said you’ll do it in future update. So this ticket cannot be closed because the fix is not in

Yours is the 1st theme ticket system that only allows one ticket at a time.
Open ticket just means the ticket item is not resolved
So I don’t see why you don’t allow open a new ticket when the other ticket is not resolved. It doesn’t make any sense.
Once again, you should continue your current ticket or find a freelancer, as we have a policy discouraging the opening of multiple tickets, engaging in abusive or critical behavior may result in a permanent account suspension.
Regarding the indicator, it’s an additional feature, not a bug, therefore, there’s no need to await a fix, please be aware that it may not be included in the next update, even if it was promised, I don’t guarantee the inclusion of requested features.
We maintain a private list of all issues and planned features in our development roadmap. As a result, waiting for an update to close the ticket may not be the most effective course of action.

Ok, I’ll buy your theme and try it out, but at the meanwhile, could you check this issue? as this mycred issue exist in many themes. I’m not sure how those users bypass this but it’s kind of headache for me. Also, does your theme support multisite? as I’ll need to use multisite to let all my sites share the mycred account balance.
The theme utilizes the built-in functions of myCred. Therefore, if there are any issues within the myCred – “Sell Content” addon, then, you would need to reach out to the myCred author. However, based on my experience, I have not encountered any issues with it.
Multisite is supported, but for any specific concerns regarding the balance feature, I recommend reaching out to the myCred author. It’s their primary feature, so I can’t guarantee support in this matter.
I advise thoroughly checking the theme before making a purchase, as this will save you a lot of time.

Since StreamTube Core 2.10.31, regular authors require the “unfiltered_html” capability to submit custom HTML and scripts. This enhancement serves to mitigate potential XSS vulnerabilities, which may be related to the issue you’re experiencing.
So, my suggestion is to grant the “unfiltered_html” capability to the Author role or any custom roles that you plan to allow submit the embed.

Just a heads up…The Gutenberg plugin currently breaks elementor/editing pages with this theme. So if your getting a blank white screen when attempting to open elementor to edit pages, go into your plugins and disable Gutenberg. Problem solved.

Hi, I have ffmpeg but when I click “auto generate” on featured image 2 for the hover image, it directs me to Media ID (Main Video Source). I remember before it would generate when I would click auto generate. How can I solve this? Thank you
We’re remaking the site and this problem came up. Also before we didn’t need cloudfare stream, but now we need it for the webp image to be in the media section (before it would just show up after auto generating). If I enable cloudfare stream, it will be in the media section but I have to manually add it, and when I disable cloudfare stream and upload a video (from the wordpress back end), no webp image shows up, even though I have installed ffmpeg on the server.

I have one small question. The user role “author” is unable to edit or delete their comments. I’ve tried installing user management plugins to edit roles, but editing/deleting personal comments is not an option (only comment moderation which gives permission to edit/delete all comments).

StreamTube supports automatic video retrieval from both Channels and Playlists. Currently, the auto-retrieval of the newest videos is only supported for Playlists, I plan to improve this feature in a next update.
That means, the theme can automatically import newest videos from Playlists without manually adding them into WP.

There is a plugin conflict between UPDRAFT BACKUP PLUGIN & STREAMTUBE CORE PLUGIN ( One can not make back up to google drive while the streamcore plugin is activated. also backed up copies cant be deleted while the streamtube core plugin is activated) but everything else works fine when streamtube core plugin is deactivated.
