You have purchased Celeste theme and the purchase code you are using is related to that purchase.
On the other hand you are probably trying to activate one of our plugins which come with the theme – Cost Calculator or Bold Timeline
That is why your purchase code is not working.
You do not need to activate your licenses of packaged plugins or the theme.
Updates for these plugins will come packaged with new releases of the theme you have purchased, Celeste. The theme itself does not require any registration either.

It seems like the “BoldThemes WordPress Importer” plugin implements a polyfill for https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/String/endsWith, but it is broken and not follows the browser’s specifications.
Could you please check this accordingly, as when the plugin is active, the “Real Cookie Banner” plugin no longer works.

We haven’t tested the theme with the referenced plugins, but we see no reason for major issues related to the compatibility.
You might need to adopt the styling of their front end markup a bit to fit the look and feel of the Celeste but in terms of functionality they should work.

Celeste does not feature course management or LMS system. If you wish to implement that functionality you need to use the third party plugin of your choice and set it up separately.

Hi, Does your theme support uploading videos such that some will be available for free for guests and users, and some available only for logged in users paying a monthly/yearly subscription or membership? The videos are to be uploaded to my server and used by this theme. This way I can control the access to the paid videos. Thank you.

I bought the [Celeste – Life Coach & Therapist by BoldThemes | ThemeForest](https://themeforest.net/item/celeste-life-health-coaching-wordpress-theme/21359537) but it’s looks as if it’s only compatible with the old Wordpress editor. This editor is ancient and totally outdated. It’s difficult to make anything nice with it. Is there a way to force the new WordPress editor with the Celeste Theme ? Thanks for your help !

Celeste in fact uses Bold Page Builder, not the Classic WordPress editor.
Please make sure that Both Celeste plugin and Bold Page Builder are activated in your wp-admin.

It seems that your current theme version is not compatible with the WordPress version you are running.

Please make sure to update the Celeste and Bold Builder plugins as well once you update the theme.

Hi, i have used a purchase code on one of my pages and then i have reset that page. Now i would like use my licence on another page but by trying enter licence code, i get this message: Error. Please check Purchase Code. But the code is correct. I tried it do it repeatedly. What can i do? This is very bad for me. The Celeste theme does not require license activation for support and updates.
You have purchased the Celeste theme and the purchase code you are using is related to the theme purchase.
On the other hand, you are most likely trying to use that purchase code with the Bold Timeline plugin or Cost Calculator plugin which come with the theme.
You should not activate the licenses of packaged plugins
The packaged plugin updates will come packaged with new releases of the theme your client has purchased, Celeste.
Just ignore the plugin activation screen and you will be fine – the theme should work without issues on another domain.

By looking at the referenced code lines, it seems that one or more of your posts have an author set to the user which does not exist any more.
Also, it seems that the featured image of one of your posts is referencing the image which is deleted from Media Library and does not exist any more.

The Bold Builder is terrible for this theme. There’s no actual front-end builder. Everything is clunky and you have to preview the page 100 times to view changes. This would be much better with a builder like Elementor or Divi like most themes use.

You are probably referring to purchase code input for one of included plugins. This is only required if plugin is purchased directly. If plugin is included with the theme, then you can ignore this (plugin updates will be delivered with the theme update).

You need to import demo content. You do not have to delete everything but it is best to start with clean WP installation so maybe the best option for you is to backup any content that you already have and then insert it again with the new theme.
