1. I can see in the demo “Candidates – List” page that some Candidate profiles are marked as “Featured”. Is it possible for a candidate to buy a package and get “Featured” label?

2. The demo “Candidate Single” page has “Professional Skills” Tags. But in the Candidate Profile Page, there is no field to add these Skill Tags. Can the Candidate enter his own Skills? or Does he have to select from a pre-defined list of Skills?

3. Is it possible for Candidate to add his own website URL or External Links to his profile?

4. Can we add custom fields anywhere in the Candidate Profile? I want to add Url Link and Photo to the Candidate’s Experience tabs.

Greetings, to all those who have bought the topic, I would like to explain a situation that is happening to me. I bought the Jobtex theme because I saw that it had a layout that I was interested in, since I have been using Superio for several years, but I didn’t know that it had it too…

Actually I have contacted the support and I have explained my case, and I am only asking them to explain me the steps to change the layout, not the demo…

But as I had asked them through Jobtex support they tell me that I have to get a ticket to ask the same question and I see it as impractical.

I only ask that if someone can explain me the steps I would be extremely grateful, please…

I have just recently found a glitch that one of candidates pointed out. When a candidate logs in his profile, if he clicks “View Profile” button to top left side under his name, he goes to wordpress profile where he can see all resumes/pictures updated by all candidates.

Please tell me how can I fix this. How can I remove “View Profile” button and make Profile name ‘non-clickable’? Your help is highly appreciated.

What is the WordPress action hook that fires when an employee/candidate creates an account? The goal is to export the user information once their account is created.

We are trying to use the WP All Export Pro Plugin -> Real-time Export feature so each time a new user signs up, it should trigger an export that includes user information.

The limitation is that the Real-time export is not getting triggered because of compatibility issues with Superio Job Plugin. The support team for WP All Export Pro Plugin was contacted and they provided a php code to use but in order to use that code we need the ACTION HOOK that fires when an employee/candidate creates an account.

There is already a ticket raised regarding this issue. It also includes the screenshot of the code provided by WP All Export Pro Plugin Support.

Please provide this information. We have bought the theme support but I haven’t gotten a proper response for 11/13 tickets that we have raised. This is causing a lot of trouble and delays for the company and its highly unprofessional on your end. This needs to be resolved by the end of Tuesday.

Does this theme support removing salary types like (daily, monthly) from within WP Admin area?

How can we remove the “Gender” field from this theme. Having a field called gender makes people feel excluded. I highly suggest you remove this field from future versions.

In the USA it is also illegal to a post a job only for one gender.

On the new home page “Demo 18” are the animated jobs that show dynamic or static? I mean are these pulled from job posting in real time?
