Hi, I have problem with the license. I have installed it in a test store on shopify, but now I need to migrate the theme on my website and on my domain, but the license cant be removed from the older one ” the test domain ”. I have send an email about this with all the detail on ( the4studio.net ) I have deletet the theme and the old stest stote but again the licens sims to be linked to it?! Is there any option to remove the license from one store and to put it on the other store?

Is there a way to stop the product image gallery from switching to the default variant image when the default variant is not the first image. For example, the first image is a black shirt, the second image is a white shirt. When the product page first loads, the first variant option is white and is selected by default. The page then switches to the second image (the white shirt). I would like it to stay on the first image (the black shirt).

Hi dear, After 6 months end, your plan will be auto moved to EComposer Free plan. In this case you may need to unpublish some of your pages until it meet the Free plan limit. (Free plan allow 3 published templates). For EComposer built-in extensions (which only support in paid plans) that you used during Theme partner plan, they will not stop working but unable to configure in Free plan. It would be nice to have an ”add to cart”buttun on the product page as like as kalles. The product cart in Unseen theme does not like the mobile view.
add-to cart buttun must pop-up and side of product for mobile view same as kalles and product header under line system i want to same as kalles please update

Hello, is there update planned as I want to update the theme but there was no updated for some time now. Sadly to update it takes some time for me because of custom systems and changes so I dont want to waste time and see new update coming before new years and do all that again

Hi there, EComposer app is a recommendation for you to build the theme with drag & drop elements and other features. Unsen theme is compatible with Shopify OS 2.0 already. So you still can use the theme normally without EComposer. It is not mandatory. Okay, so here’s another question: Is your demo only available through Ecomposer? What happens when we download the demo and remove ecomposer? We don’t want to use a third-party app, that’s why I’m asking. Is your demo built on ecomposer? Hi again, we would like to clarify this information. Unsen is an independent theme that does not rely on EComposer. EComposer is an optional application that can be useful for advanced customization, but it is not mandatory. Even without this application, you can still use all the features that the theme provides in a normal manner.
Regarding the demo library of the theme in EComposer, it does not include all demos, only a selection. Therefore, you can refer to directly importing demos from the theme by going to Shopify Dashboard => Online store => Themes: https://support.the4.co/articles/import-demo
How do I customize the colors of the text / links in the mobile menu? I can’t find anywhere in the settings and the light blue being used on the menu now is too light against white background. (Don’t know where the colors are inherited from.)

Hi there, To optimize performance and achieve the best experience of customers on collection page, the maximum products to show is 50 items at the first loading time. If the collection is over 50 products, it has the pagination, load more button or infinity scroll. Then customers can see more products by the pagination. Best regards!

The Problem: On all product pages and bundle page of our website, we are experiencing the following issues:
Missing Quantity Selection: There is no quantity selection portion visible on the product pages. Customers are unable to choose the quantity of the product they wish to purchase, which is a crucial component of the shopping process.
“Add to Cart” Button Absent: The “Add to Cart” button is not displaying on product pages. This essential feature is required for customers to add products to their shopping cart and proceed with the purchase.
