I tried:

.haccordion .content.visible{ display: block; width: 970px; !important }

But that doesnt work, It just defaults back to 570 when I close and then open the slide.

Okay, an update. I am able to see the changes in IE but not Firefox. Any advice?

Hi! I love this template! I just purchased it but I’m having some trouble. I can’t edit any of the text. I’ve tried changing the “My Website” portion of the Welcome to My Website section, and I’ve tried to change the actual text (emin amet…). After I change it, save and then load to my browser it still shows only the original stuff in the template. What do I need to do to change the text?

Any update on chrome fix?

Is there a chance to make it chrome compatible?

To add a slide I not only had to add the html code, adjust the wrapper-outer, wrapper and container, but also .haccordion width’s.

Can i ask how do I create a link that would take the user to a version of the page where the accordion is by default open on a different section?

(in my contact form, i have an error page, and it says “click here to go back and try again” and at the moment obviously as there is no separate contact page it just goes back to index.php.

I’d prefer to be able to provide a link that will take the user back to the site but with the contact section open rather than the home section)

I recently purchased “sowhatout”

I’d like to know:

a) why there seems to be a duplicate of the same content within the index.html file? i.e. there are 2 sets of < div class= “content” >< div class = “about” > etc [ignore spaces just otherwise the code doesnt show up].. I dont think this is a bug and am not trying to question the theme, i love it! I am just unaware of why this is, and whether i should make sure that both ‘sets’ of the same content areas match?? is it to do with compatiblity for non js users?

b) The html files in there other than index.html – are these for non-js compatibility also, and if so do i therefore ensure these have the same content as the sections that represent the pages in my index.html file?

c) can you tell me how to insert a text link into the content of one of the sections, that on click, will open a different section? eg link on the services section “contact us”, when clicked, would make the contact “tab” slide over and reveal contact us section content?

Hi settysantu, How would I change the code so that when someone goes onto my site, the “contact” page is opened. Without the “contact” tab being first. So, if it was “Home”, “About” “Resume” “Contact” but the “Contact” was open (instead of “Home). Thanks!

Problem solved, it was me all the time

I had not realised that the index.html actually has 2 sections for “ ”. I had edited the wrong one.

Works like a dream now. Many thanks for the replies yesterday and keep up the good work

Okay I think I sorted it.

By changing the index.html only, it will not update unless java is disabled

Not sure what u mean by that, if you mean the attribute settings under properties then none are read-only. I have unzipped the downloaded file again and changed the home header in index.html only to say welcome to “our” website from “my” website. When index is opened in chrome it hasn’t updated. I have checked and Java is enabled.

Probably something i’m doing wrong. Trying to edit html using wordpad on laptop, so noe uploaded yet. Viewing on google chrome.

the “our website” being the change, why isnt it updating? Does it have to be changed in EVERY html file
