Where will we see and edit the email template that will be sent to guests when they make a reservation? When I look at the woocommerce new order form, it has standard template settings. I can’t see this as an email that will be sent to people about booking.

- We developed the theme from WooCommerce, so the new order email you can fin in WooCommerce.
- For Enquiry Booking: You can find email content in WooCommerce >> Settings >> Booking & Rental >> Request Booking tab.

Is there a shortcode or page where you can see the availability calendar of ALL the rooms? I see that it is possible individually, but we need to see the available calendar of all the rooms, on the same page (it doesn’t matter if it is front or back office, but we need to know if this exists).

Does the booking plugin have extra elementor elements when its included in the theme compared to it being used individually?
When I’m using it in the theme, there is a “Search” element that is being used in the first section of the Home Page.
When I use the plugin individually without the theme, this element does not exist. Is this the way it is supposed to be?

I have some pre-sales questions. I have looked at the description of your plugin, but I’m not sure if it fits to our scenario here. Could you help me, please? These are very specific to our situation, so don’t worry if your plugin doesn’t cover everything.
Situation: I have a project that receives people only when we have events. It is a project that has 3 hostels of different sizes and features. There are different kinds of events and, therefore, the price to visit and to sleep here are different according to each event. If someone wants to sleep here, they cannot sleep on varied dates. They will pay the price of the total event and enjoy all the perks of the event.
For example: There are 2 events in a given month. 1. The first event costs $100 to visit and $350 to sleep the 3 days of the event. 2. The second event costs $70 to visit and $600 to sleep the 7 days of the event.
We would like to know if it is possibile to do the following with your plugin:
1. Rent entire hostel, room or only beds: we have family and group options to rent not only the bed, but the entire room or the entire hostel for the event. Each with its own prices.
Something like this:
- Category: Hostel ($1500)
- Sub-category: Rooms ($1000)
—- Items: Beds ($350)
The person can rent just a bed for the duration of the event, they can rent the room for their family for the duration of the event or they can rent the entire hostel for their group for the duration of the event. It can’t be less than the duration of the event. They can always checkout early if they wish, but they can’t purchase fewer days than the event’s duration unless the event allow it.
For example: In an event of 10 days, you can stay 10 or 5 sequential days. There would be two options when deciding to rent the bed/room/hostel.
Something like this:
- Category: Hostel (10 days – $1500; 5 days – $900)
- Sub-category: Rooms (10 days – $1000; 5 days – $600)
—- Items: Beds (10 days – $350; 5 days – $250)
2. Sell participation tickets for those who will be here to visit. Somebody can buy the pass for only one day (whichever day they wish to participate). Possible to buy multiple passes (for example, I can only visit the place on monday, wednesday and friday).
3. Option to add items they consume here (like books, soda, etc). Point of sale, for example. Items tied to the person’s expense history.
4. Possibility to only allow purchase of fixed dates of the event. For example, if the event is for 3 days, somebody can’t rent a room for only 1 day. They can only buy the full packet of 3 days for X price.
5. Allow people to manage their bookings and payments.
I understand these are very specific and the plugin may not cover every aspect. If you could just inform me what can e done, I’d be very grateful. Thank you ahead of time for your time and work.

1. Is there a plan to allow user to rename the Special Time (ST)? For example; apart from Regular Price / Day, we have Peak Price / Day AND Super Price / Day but your system will show both day as Special Day(s). It would be nice for user to know why the price different for selected days.
2. Calendar only shows Daily Price. Which this can be misleading because when they select certain days which is Special Time (ST), they only shown lower price. Hopefully it Special Time (ST) price can replace Regular Price / Day.

2: Currently the theme doesn’t support this. We will consider it in the future.

The apartments are rented for full months, NOT for days. And some have a minimum reservation of two months.
So if you have to our apartment, you pay for example por ALL February (the entire month and pay the deposit or full payment for the entire month) or February and March (idem).
For example, instead of €100 per night, we rent for €3,000 per month, we dont rent per night or per week and the demo just see payment per night.

2: The “Regular price” still display in room detail. The system will get price in month when the customer booking room.

If I can filter by number of people, then I would let people pay accordingly. As an example: Double room two people 30€ per night (2x Persons x 30€ = 60€)
Is this variant adjustable? If yes how? There is no description in the documentation… for both topics…

Small changes requests:
- Support Tickets: please make also licence number – got your template from elements.envato.com and got no purchase number. Or please accept tickets without purchase number, thanks.
- Main page Checkin and Checkout can be renamed in the element, why not for other fields? No field can be renamed on the search page
- The rental price must be able to be taken x the number of people.
- In the search, it is not possible to determine which fields should be set as a highlight.
The rest looks pretty consistent and is great!
