Hi. There is an error with the Woodmart Slides module. If you upload different backgrounds for desktop and mobile devices, and you have multiple sliders with this config, the slide will only show the desktop background on mobile. No error when just have one slide in a slider with different background for devices, but when you add more slides to the slider the slider will just show the desktop background on mobile devies.

1. Set dynamic prices and Frequently bought together for product XYZ.

Normal price for example: 1pcs – 15,90 €
Dynamic price:
2-3 – 10% – 14,31 €
4-5 – 12% – 13,99 €
6+ – 15% – 13,52 €

2. Open XYZ produkt and add first to cart Frequently bought together products.
3. Open the XYZ product again and add 5 pcs to cart.
4. The dynamic price not working because it calculates with the normal price for 1 piece (5×15,90 € not 5×13,99 €!).



But its works when I first add 5 pieces of products and then I add to cart frequently bought together products.

Please tell me can I use your theme with WordPress 6.4.1? According to the topic description, I see that compatibility is only with 6.3. Thank you!

While browsing this theme and the settings, I found that it has some problems: 1- The header is not working on all pages, some pages showed up without a header!!; 2- The wishlist page is not working very well, after adding some products to your wishlist you will find out that just one product is showing up and you need to delete it to be able to see the other products; 3- This one is the most important because I believe that the other issue can be fixed or has already been fixed on the new version of this theme; The problem is that this theme is not fully compatible with the LiteSpeed cache plugin which is one of the popular plugins, and to be more specific, you can’t optimize your page using LiteSpeed plugin because it will make some issue on your theme, if you want to “Minify CSS files and inline CSS code; and Combine CSS files and inline CSS code.” you will have an effect that you will see it at the loading time of your pages. 4- I have a question about the rich product results, Does this theme have a JSON code that improves that Google ranking for the products, like reviews, prices, and stock… or do I need to install a plugin for that?

Hello! I’m loving the theme (already purchased 3 different licences, so far), but I’m experiencing an issue. This only happens in one of the websites, the other two work excellent. The problem is that it stopped being responive in mobile devices. I’ve switched themes and the problem disappears, so I’m thinking that it has to be something wrong with the theme. Just to let you know, the “Load Elementor optimized CSS” option is disabled. Can you please help?

I’m having big trouble updating the theme from version 6.4 to the latest version.

A fatal error occurred, and in WP Recovery Mode I’ve now updated the Woodmart Core plugin (plus JS Composer and RevSlide) and WooCommerce, but the site is still down and I’m getting the notification that my php version (7.3…) is outdated.

Which php versions are compatible with the latest theme version? Do you have any other recommendations how to solve this severe issue?

We have a customer who signed the contract a few weeks ago, they used a Woodmart theme, Before that, I never used this theme at all, Magnificent

there are many little issues I face and I hope you can help me

1-We have an issue, when LiteSpeed plugin with no customizable setting is activated, the site load goes to 10 seconds, but using wp-rocket there is no problem. what is the problem? We are using an exclusive server (dedicated) with litespeed enterprise webserver for 128gig ram.

2- How can we show the brand’s description in these URLs?

just in the product category or shop page to show information about a brand like in the product single page, that you designed to use HTML block, I couldn’t find any useful option in theme options or brand attributes to show that description.

Feature request: Please add a function for woodmart slider to select how large the background image should be. Normally it uses the full size but sometimes we want to use slider only as 6/12 columen and then medium would be enough.

Will Woodmart be ready for the Woo 8.3 update? Currently the header cart ajax update quantity function does not work when utilizing the cart block. I’m hoping this might be resolved once the cart/checkout blocks are set as the default option.
