Hello, good afternoon. Since a few months ago I installed the template in my online store and I could just finish configuring it, however when I try to add several products in my shopping cart the last product I added is deleted, I can only add one.

I am using a shipping plugin called Dr. Send. I thought that was the problem but when I try another template that is set in WordPress, this error does not occur.

Got this theme from my Unlimited account on envato. Now the theme is pushing this error. Kindly guide what to do now. It says critical error on editing any page or post.

I’m encountering an issue where the WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator plugin (https://woocommerce.com/products/measurement-price-calculator/) is not functioning properly with this specific theme. When I switch to other themes, the plugin works as expected. Still, with this particular theme, it doesn’t display the total price on the product page after entering measurements. Interestingly, the total price becomes visible in the cart page, suggesting that the plugin is functioning correctly, but there’s a compatibility problem with the theme. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please respond as soon as possible

Just another question: I noticed in the demo 6two elements that link to the categories: the first is the one with circles with images inside, and the second is the Tabs element with the icons. Both are “connected” to the shop categories. Is it possible to change the behavior? So for example, the tabs open a gallery related to the category, or the circles links to other pages. Thanks!

Hello! We’re interested in this theme. It seems complete and well done. But the latest comments say there are a lot of troubles with it… Have you fixed the troubles in the latest release? Also, can I mix the elements I see in the demos? For example a component from Demo1 and another of Demo2? Could we change pages templates with Elementor? For example the product page or categories… I’d like to use a solid theme, and not to spend days trying to figure how to configure it (We got recently a theme from another author that was a hell to setup…). Hi there, I have Sofass theme which was uploaded and Installed successfully. I then imported the dummy data and till then there was no issues with it. Once i started customizing the theme, the Elemontor editor is not working. It loads completely than the Elemontor Loading icon is there only. I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins expect of Elemontor but still its not working. Can you help please.
