You as administrator can manually set any profile as Top or Featured. For this go to any profile page (frontend). Click on the Administration Dashboard panel to expand it. Hi. Try the Wise chat. It has shortcodes. Place that shortcode in this field: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Chat and Messages -> PHP/HTML/Shortcode code for chat.
Also, remember to select this option: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Chat and Messages -> How should users contact each other? -> select “Third party Chat”

I understand your situation. But I ask you, please be a little more patient. What you ask is to provide free support for third-party plugin. We can not be responsible for such plugins.
Also, all of those third-party chat plugins have lacks/cons. At the beginning, we added support for such chat plugins. But we found out that it is much better to improve our own chat system.
Third party plugins are out of our control. It means that our customers may face some problems with such plugins. Also, they have to pay additional money for those plugins. But usually, developers of third-party plugins do not want to provide full support for integration their plugins with other themes. Just try to ask them to solve your problem. They will forward you to us.

Yes this is normal. This does not depend on the theme or your server. This depends on your phone camera. Your camera takes pictures and adds the information to rotate to 45 degrees.

Hi MihailovRA. Yes, you need to fill in all fields with English texts. Do the following:
1) Go to here WordPress -> DateBook -> Custom fields.
2) Open every field for editing and fill in all input fields “Titles” and “Field items” with English translation.
Even if you do not need English text, any way all custom fields must have English texts.

What page builder do you use? If Brizy, then you can edit the profile page here: WordPress -> Brizy -> Templates -> open “Single profile” for editing.
But if you use another page builder, then you should create your own page for Profile and use shortcodes from here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Shortcodes -> use all shortcodes starting with “Single profile”.

Also, activate at least one of subscription plans here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Subscription plans.

In this case, subscription is hidden for selected genders. Because, there is no sense to display subscription if subscription and everything are fully free.

Hi. The update (javascript files) has some big changes. But you did not update the cache in your browser after the update and saved the settings incorrectly.
Now, you should re-save the theme settings again form the beginning. Please do the following:
- Enter your website on FTP connection.
- Rename the DateBook plugin folder to any name: wp-content/plugins/datebook
- Login again your admin area.
- Rename the plugin folder back to its name, on FTP connection.
- Go to the plugins and activate the DateBook plugin: WordPress -> Plugins
- Go to the theme settings, re-select ALL options in all tabs and save them, here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard

Good day hubconnect2. I forgot to answer to your last question about “500 error message”. I apologize for this very much. I just did not know what could go wrong on your server. So, I did not know what to answer.
Actually, troubleshooting an HTTP 500 internal server error is like solving a mystery. Anything could wrong. So, this error does not mean that the theme functions incorrectly.
The most often, one of reasons could be an incorrectly modified “htaccess” file. Perhaps, this file was modified by some of plugins and now it conflicts with some functions of the theme.
Since you have access to your files on your server, then only you can find which of files generates that error.
Also, perhaps, you have a specific and limited server configuration. Perhaps, some of server parameters are very limited. For example: max inputs, max file size, max memory and etc. are very low. So, the theme cannot function properly.
Here are possible solutions:
1) try to delete the htaccess file (remember to backup this file first). After that, try try save the theme settings.
2) if possible, try to install the theme from the beginning, on the clean database.
3) I could check and try to find the reason and fix the error.

1) The issue with Friend system is recent. Additionally, soon, we will start improving the friend system.
2) Yes, the message system allows to send text, images, and emojis. First, you should enter all emojis you want in the theme settings. Also, uploaded images in the chat window will be resized.
I do not know about animated GIFs. It is up to ImageMagik on your server. If it can resize animated images, then it is good. Actually, it must do it.

3) No, you can not use other apps with the DateBook theme. But you can create WebView app for the DateBook theme.
Friend request feature is not working. When you receive any friend request you get the notification but upon clicking that notification it just directs you to your profile page where there is no option to accept the friend request. Kindly provide me with a solution of how to get this feature working as it’s one of the most important feature of any dating website and the website will become useless without this feature.

Just in very few days. The update is almost ready. At the moment, I am fixing other bugs too. I just started adding the profile type. I need to complete it.
Friend request feature is not working properly. When user1 sends a friend request to user2, user2 receives a notification. However, when user2 clicks on user1’s profile from the notifications, user2 doesn’t see any option to accept the friend request.
On the other hand, when user1 opens user2’s profile, user1 can still see an option to send a friend request to the same user, even though that user has not responded to the previous friend request yet.
