This is simply additional taxonomy if you want to group classifieds in separate categories. there’s no need to use that, that form is configurable and you can remove it if you don’t see it usefull

I am not sure how theme could be compatible or not with this. It’s up to site owner to do such report annually, not selling platform itself (in this case wordpress theme) to make it “automatically”.

I am interested in the Vacation Rental feature of this theme and I want to build my vacation rental portal (like Airbnb, Booking.com etc.) regarding that I have few pre-sales questions:
1) Your theme supports Dokan for multi-vendor functionality. But I didn’t find whether its Dokan Free or Paid version? do we have to buy paid version of Dokan?
2) Is there and integration with WCFM Free instead of Dokan?
3) You have mentioned that multi-vendor is “exclusive to Listeo” but even RH – Real Homes theme is also multi vendor. So, can you please elaborate which features are exclusive to Listeo?
4) Is there a feature of Membership option with recurring payments?
5) In the website like Booking.com, one can select number of rooms in a hotel. Is that possible in your theme? I did not see such option in your demos. So, basically can I use your theme for booking multiple rooms in a single hotel (or a villa) independently? e.g. Guest selects the property and then enter the quantity of rooms as 2 or 3 (depending upon the availability in the property) and book?
6) Can I set different pricing for the vacation property based on the different seasons (different date periods)? example: From March to August $100 per night and from September to February $120 per night. Possible?
7) Can I set different pricing for the vacation property based on for how long duration property is booked? Example: for 2-days booking $100 per night, but for 5-day booking $90 per night. Is it possible?
8 ) Is dynamic pricing supported? Example: If booking for a particular month is less then 20% of total capacity, then offer 10% lower price. If booking for a particular month is more than 70% occupied, then inflate the rate by 20% etc.

3. We don’t know what “real home” is but it does not sounds like directory&listings theme as Listeo.
4. You can have recurring payments for listing packages but we do not have paid membership options. It should be easilt achievable using some plugins available for such purpose
5,7,8 We don’t have such features yet.
9. You can use any currency you want but only one at once. There’s no multicurrency support

1) When do you search for listing which have been “Most Reviewd”, could it consider Google Reviews? / Could the number of stars for each listing take Google Reviews into account?
2) Is there any demo site you provide which have location pages?
3) If I well undersood, ajax search is not existing, both for listing and location fields. Which is quite a pity for SEO, and not very standard to me (if we compare to other big sites). Anyway… Then: a) Is it also true for the mobile App (Fluxblababla)? b) Could it work instead with Google locations (using Google API)?
4) Is there any widget that can list aminities?
5) btw, it’s kind of urgent that Envato solves the problem with your past comments, which still can not being seen when doing a search. I am still wondering plenty of things that I am sure I can find within the comments.
And it should better work if you want to perform during this BF days

ad3. For address suggestion if you use Google Maps you get suggestion as you type, for free Open Street Map you need to type part of address and hit enter to get the suggestions

Generally the Listings widget in Elementor has all the same options as search forms so you can filter that according to any taxonomy or search query etc to only show listings matching the criteria set in widget

Registration of company and private accounts. However, from a private account you can add classified ads to only one category, e.g. I will give it away for free 2. The theme must have a store. Only I as admin publishes products in the store 3. You can use your company account to publish offers from service companies as well as classified ads. The offer can also be purchased, e.g. a visit to the spa Can these functions be used in sales packages? I didn’t fully understand the confusion between classified ads and service categories. Why, after selecting the Package, do I then select “advertisement type”? Why are categories with classifieds visible in Services? Can you somehow explain this to me?

I checked the demo and I’m surprised there is no such solution. You are from PL, don’t you know that such an option must be available? This is mentioned in the latest DAC 7 directive. The website administrator is obliged to collect data from companies and individuals when it enables direct payment for sales or rental on its platform. That is, if a private client offers an apartment or even a garage for rent on my platform. It is me, as the administrator, who must obtain data from him, e.g. the land and mortgage register number. Technically you can install WP Job Manager on Listeo site and use it, it doesn’t have any special compatibility but I recall someone doing that already and it worked fine
