The code for these cards is contained within JavaScript files (e.g., frontend.min.js), which significantly complicates the process. Is it possible to add server side rendering for theme components (listing-grid, listing-map etc)? So that users with JavaScript disabled can see the site content.

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, there is no option to hide the phone number like in Listivo. It’s not possible to transfer the side section in the listing – it can only be done on the blog. And unfortunately, we do not do customizations for individual clients.

Hello 1-Can we activate deadlines for the packages? The packages will be monthly or annual subscriptions. 2- Is it possible to migrate all the data from a myhome site to Listivo in production without error?

Thank you for your question.
1. When a user purchases a package, it is added to their account. There is no deadline for the package itself, only for the listing. For example, if you set a listing to display for 30 days, it will change listing to expired status after that period. Adding more options will require custom coding.
2. These are two different themes, based on different technologies. We do not have the option to migrate one product to another.

3. IDX Broker Fees: While MyHome is integrated with IDX Broker, to use their database, you need to have a subscription with IDX Broker. It’s important to note that as a MyHome customer, if you subscribe to IDX Broker, you will not be charged the usual $99.99 IDX Broker setup fee.

However, as to whether your client will still require a separate account on Stellar MLS, I recommend contacting IDX Broker or Stellar MLS directly for clarification. This is because the requirement for an MLS account can vary based on the specific arrangements and agreements between IDX Broker and the MLS providers.
As for importing listings onto the website, your client will not be able to import listings directly unless they are their own (as per regulations, one can only import their own listings). But, with our plugin and the IDX Broker Dynamic Wrappers feature, your client will be able to display all MLS listings on their website. This offers a comprehensive solution to showcase a wide range of properties while adhering to MLS regulations.

I have a question about compare feature.
Is there any way to select what fields( items ) I can put them on comapre list? And also I need to change the order of compare fields ( items ) such as taxonomies or some custom fields.
Because we don’t need to add some of fields ( area size ..etc ) and we need to add some of another fields to be comapred.

Thank you for your email. MyHome doesn’t have that option; you’d need to customize the code for it. You might want to try our other product at listivotheme.com, which includes this feature. To set it up, just edit the compare page using the Elementor Page Builder and select the fields. Listivo is more adaptable and we’re planning to add more of its features to MyHome in the future, although we don’t have a set timeline for this yet. Listivo also offers two real estate demos that you can try for free before buying. To test it out, look for the ‘Try for Free’ button on the bottom right corner of each demo. Thanks for your question. Yes, it’s possible. If the field isn’t working correctly, it could be due to lag in the past. Please go to /wp-admin/ > MyHome Panel > Submit Property and move the “Offer Type” field to the “Hidden” section. After refreshing the page (F5), add it back to the submit property form. Once it’s there, edit it by clicking on the cog icon, select ‘Dropdown,’ and then click ‘Save.’ If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please open a ticket.
