Once updated to wordpress 6.3 and updated luchiana core my shop page gone empty. Have tried all suggestion, from cache to permalinks to deactivate plugins, nothing solved the issue. Now deactivated my theme and on storefront theme the Shop page is visible. What should be done?

Please update theme to the latest version 4.17. Go to the Appearance -> Luchiana Theme and press “Check for updates” button if you don’t see notifications about the new version. You are using an very old version of the theme. When updating plugins, be sure to check whether you have the latest version of the theme installed to ensure compatibility with new versions of plugins and the new version of WordPress.
After updating the theme, update the Theme Core Plugin to the same version. The theme will prompt you to do this.

Is it possible to disable the woocommerce notification (e.g. Cart updated.) on the cart subpage in the form of a popup window and return to standard woo notifications?
We have a plugin that also uses these notifications and these are not showing up.
With standard notifications (default WP theme) everything works fine.

Hi! Your hosting provider block access to our server. You can update theme nanually. Download the latest theme version from your ThemeForest account and install as new theme.WordPress will ask you to overwrite the current version of the theme to a new one.

I already use your Kidz theme and I am supper happy with it (speed, design, etc.). Now I am thinking to buy the Luchiana theme also, but I saw that you use Elementor and I am not a big fan of page builders. Can it be use it without Elementor also?

You can use a theme without Elementor, but all static pages, including the main one, are made in Elementor. Why you don’t want to use Elementor? This is the coolest page builder at the moment. It is very well optimized and does not affect the PageSpeed metric. On the contrary, many KIDS customers are asking us to make a version of the theme on Elementor.

Honestly, less plugins, means less problems. I use some themes with Elementor also and I understand the point, but as developer I prefer the simple and stable things. As for Kidz I think is the best theme I had in the last years and it is just perfect as it is, without any pagebuilder.

Hello. after yesterday’s update of luchiana theme & luchiana core. I can no longer edit the pages with elementor. the panel just loads and cannot click on anything in the panel. before the update everything worked. I have already increased the php post limits beforehand.

Hello. I just deactivated all plugins and activated and tested one after the other. so I found out that the plugin : Luchiana Core is the problem. if I disable Luchiana Core Plugin the elementor page builder works. The problem is probably with your plugin….

are you really serious? Why should I still pay for it if you update your plugin with bugs? I’ve just had a problem since your last update and found out clearly that if I disable (Luchiana Core) the problem will be fixed. So is this a mistake on your part? Why should I buy another support license to explain this again? This is probably the worst support I’ve ever seen.
You cannot claim that the problem is related to the theme plugin. You did not specify an error from the server logs, which is caused by the theme plugin. As I wrote earlier, the theme works without bugs for thousands of buyers at the moment. The problem has occurred only on your site, and in order to determine what it is related to, you need to write to us in support and provide us with a login and password to access the site so that we can determine the cause of the problem.

No, what you are doing is just cheeky and has nothing to do with the envato terms and conditions. as i said before, i found out that my website works as soon as i deactivate luchiana core. Instead of helping a customer who bought your theme, you want me to buy a license even though I reported the problem. where possible the other 1000 customers could get the same problem. You don’t ask for logs or explain where I can get them. your goal is simply to sell a support license for an existing bug. I just can’t understand.
If you find a bug in the theme and want to report it to us, then follow these steps to localize the problem:
- Completely disable ALL plugins and go to Appearance -> Luchiana Theme. Click the “Continue” button to activate the build-in plug-ins required for the theme to work. After that, activate additional plugins that the theme offers. DO NOT ACTIVATE ANY PLUGINS MANUALLY!
- Make sure that you have the latest version of the theme 4.12 installed, and also that the Theme Core Plugin is also version 4.12
- Make sure that you have updated to the latest version all the required plugins (WooCommerce, Elementor, MetaBox etc), as well as WordPress.
- If you are using a child theme, then temporarily switch to the main theme to make sure that it is not causing the problem. This is important!
- To activate error logging on the site in the file /wp-config.php replace the string
