Hi, I have your theme installed for almost a year, and I just noticed I am not receiving theme updates. I had to manually download, and replace existing files. I am receiving an error when trying to connect with Envato Market plugin as well (error says “This item cannot be dowloaded”). Can you please assist? I was not able to submit a ticket via your support site, because my support has already expired.

The theme has never automatically updated for me since the initial installation (regardless of your Gigas add-on saying there are automatic updates and the license being verified). So I am sorry, but I am not going to pay for new support, if this was not working correctly to begin with.

Good Day, we have been using this theme for over a year. We delete the demo home pages but want to import them again without overriding the changes we made to the theme and all of the current pages and post. How do we do that?

I bought this theme based on the demo pages at https://wordpress.zozothemes.com/gigas/home-6/# and https://wordpress.zozothemes.com/gigas/home-8/#. I tried to perform the auto demo import via the wordpress UI but that kept failing. Next I tried the manual workflow and that worked. I observed that all the components are not available. The Elementor components. The demo pages imported are very different from what is in the demo site https://wordpress.zozothemes.com/gigas/ for each homepage. I followed all the instructions. How do I reproduce the demo site used advertise the theme exactly as it is on the links above?

Hello, I have purchased the template. I would like to use the homepage 2 or homepage 9 examples as my homepage. However, in these pages, I am not able to edit the logo from Gigas to my company.See an example in this URL: https://themedtech.marketing Where is it done? I see that the theme builder, where you can change the logo is locked for Elementor Pro. When I purchased the template your support told me that everything is changeable, but it seems not to be the case, and I need to pay extra money to purchase Elementor Pro, which is very frustrating. Please check wp-content/themes/gigas/404.php file , copy that file and paste in child theme folder if you need any edits or modifications. So paren theme file will not be overwrite…
Hi! I have a huge issue. I deactived the key, because I´m working in two stages and the key doesnt work anymore in any of the sites. I need help ASAP. I am interested to purchase this theme to develop a site. I was wondering how many sites am I allowed to create with one license. Usually, we do not work on production site, but we create a development environment where we apply changes, and then we move changes to the production site. So we need to use the theme on two different sites: a hidden one that is used to develop, and a public one, that contains the consolidated site. Do we need two licenses?
At time we can’t use the same license on different places. You can use staging and once complete you can move to the live. Else you have to buy two license. Thanks

Hi, yeah it’s Mulitligual and RTL ready WordPress Theme. Right now don’t have RTL demo but in a single click it will be RTL theme. If we used any specific style alignment in Elementor like left align we have to change it. Thanks.

I have purchased this theme today and have installed it. Everything is awesome and working fine except one. The ‘Home’ button had a burger menue on the demo site. However on my installed site it just comes as a regular drop down. Would you be able to advise if we need a seperate paid plugin for this to work?
If not where can I locate this on the settings to enable this?

Just have to remove those widgets and add it again so this will fix or please use classic widgets plugin instead of normal block widget that will fix the issue …

My queries are -
1. Do I need to buy a separate membership plugin for this to work with your theme? If so, which one is recommended.
2. For after-login pages, how/can I use the theme builder? This is right now crucial for me. For instance, I need my after-login pages will be - A Dashboard Page - A Blog Page - A Knowledge Base Page - A page where Chatbot will appear. - A page for User Profile where they can change their profile picture/password. - A Page for Membership Details info. (so, I’ll need a login/signup page as well)
