Hello,
I am using the Gizmos WordPress theme with WooCommerce, and I have an issue with the search and shop archive pages.
My homepage is set to Home 9 demo layout,. However, when I perform a product search or open any WooCommerce archive page (categories, shop, search results), the theme automatically switches to a different header layout that visually corresponds to Home 1 style, instead of keeping the Home 9.
What I need is:
The same header layout and style used on Home 9 to be applied globally, including:
product search results
shop page
product category archives
any WooCommerce-related pages

The WooCommerce archive pages will inherit setting from the Main Shop page (the one set as shop page in WooCommerce > Settings > Products). This page will inherit option set in global Gizmos Core Options unless different options are set on that page. Local page options will override global theme options.

Hello, I want to deactivate my purchase code, but I can’t remember which URL extension I registered it o,n and I recently deleted a lot of my side projects so I am not sure if the URL is still active, is there any way to know the URL my purchase code is registed to and even deactivate the license code?

We deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.
You also have an option deregister your purchase code via deregistration form at our Help Center in “My Products” section of your account. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

Why doesnt your theme support php 8 and higher? I got it working on php 7.4

To submit a ticket please follow instructions from this article When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in the header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First, enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then the theme. Once you submit a ticket successfully for the new theme, it will appear on the list of supported items.

Sometimes support extension takes a bit more time to be processed. Please clear your browser cache and try to login once more.
You can also contact our support through this email, just include your purchase code in the mail, and our support agents will gladly help you.
Also, please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.
If you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Registration URL only work with one domain. I need to use staging and live. How I do it. Can’t working clones. Please help.

We can add a certain number of related subdomains with your main domain, but please note that only subdomains with related content. So if you have this theme installed on http://somedomain.com/ we can add related subdomains such as dev.somedomain.com or staging.somedomain.com, etc.

Hello! Unfortunately, you’re not replying to support tickets for me as a supported customer, so I am asking your help here.
1. Hello! There are numerous instances where the theme is malfunctioning, such as: - on the pricing, if we alos add an suffix on the taxes, such as VAT incl., but set it so that the suffix is added AFTER the price, on some products, it still shows it before the price, whereas to some, it shows it ok. - If from core options we invert the header (top with the menu), the colours become broken. - The home 6 header slider countdown for products, on mobile is deffect and overlaps the content below (product title and price) - The taxes Suffix is glued to the price…it should have this, to look okish:

2. The import took us trying 11x even though we had more than enough resources: System Information PHP Memory Limit 2 Go PHP Version 8.1.30 PHP Post Max Size 512M PHP Time Limit 300 PHP Max Input Vars 10000 Max Upload Size 512 Mo
3. We set the prices include taxes, and are shown in cart and on the checkout including taxes, but they only show up when people input their addresses, even though we set it right. What’s going on?

I understand that you have a 24-hour policy, but taking all this time and sending an incomplete response makes it difficult. I reported the problem with screenshots and received a response addressing only half of the issue.

Sliders have issues with the 1336p, 720p Display and tab views. Can you check and update all sliders? Not a perfect responsive design.

The sliders are displaying correctly on our installation. If you have imported demo, and the sliders from our demo are displayed differently than on our site, do note that this occurs because ‘Globals’ settings in Slider Revolution cannot be imported. The breakpoint values in the demo are set differently and you can check them in this screenshot.

Hi Mikado-Themes, I successfully install and run You theme with WooCommerce but have problem with my-account page, main look’s awful and all others not showing what they shood (they are blank). It’s impossible to check it on theme preview because user need to be authenticate and there’s no registration. Anu advice how to make those pages look similar to rest of website?

I would like to purchase the theme but it seems really experience. Why are your themes $20 more than the regular themes on Themeforest? Do you currently have any promo’s for your themes? And I see the last update was made June 28, I really love the theme, but I’m hesitant. Especially for paying such a hefty price for it.
