I downloaded the theme from Envato Elements, so I don’t have a purchase code — only a standard license from Elements. When I try to submit a support ticket, it’s asking for a purchase code, which I don’t have access to.
Can you please assist me with this issue or provide an alternative support option for Envato Elements users?

I believe it’s your responsibility to ensure that basic functions of your theme — like editing headers/footers — work properly for all users, regardless of where they got it from, especially when it’s a known issue.
I’m not asking you to fix it for me, just help me understand how I can solve this. Even pointing me in the right direction would help. Please consider this request fairly — I’m simply trying to use the product as intended.

I’m still waiting for a proper response regarding the issue with the blank header & footer editor in your theme (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/bnsnrni0ZIvf). I understand that Envato Elements doesn’t include direct support like ThemeForest, but as I’m using your theme, I believe it’s still your responsibility to at least guide users when a basic feature isn’t working properly.
I’m not asking for premium support or custom development — just a simple video, step-by-step guide, or fix that helps resolve this issue. The header and footer are core parts of the theme, and I’m unable to use them at all because of this problem.
If you can’t provide direct help, please at least point me to documentation or a tutorial that can. I’m using your theme as intended, and I believe helping users get it working properly is part of maintaining a good reputation.

Go to Elementor settings or tools and select post type post,page, team, project, header,footer for support Elementor
As many have mentioned, you have two severe issues in your theme:
1- When importing the demo theme, there are huge icons in the menu. https://prnt.sc/tXFsURhdSYlk
2- Most importantly, you can’t edit any headers since they appear blank in the editing section, as shown in this picture. https://ibb.co/8sqD9WH
You are useless. Your documentation says nothing about editing headers, and all you ever tell people in the comments is to open a f*ing ticket. I would take those comments seriously instead of wasting people time for tickets.

I purchased this theme for free from here. Theme is great but I have issue with the header template one “quotation button” and also on the banner. It doesnt work with the link. Header template two seems to be okay. Same button issue is with the first slider. Even if I set a link it doesnt do anything.

Hello, I have a question about Banner background for pages.
I’m using it in the theme settings, however if I select another image for another page it doesn’t work. In the settings says: ” Banner Background Select banner default properties for all page / post. You can override this settings on individual page / post.”
The issue is that the image is not overwritten if I select another image in another page.

Ok, I solved. I answer to myself: It’s needed to activate Elementor for the sections Headers and Footer as well. This function is not activated by default.

I don`t have Envato Purchase Code, so I don`t can to writing in yours support. Yours Theme it`s free in current month. Sorry, but yours header and footer don`t edit, because this post`s don`t have a link “Edit in Elementor”. What to do?

We have no any error on our theme.
Got the theme from our subscription. Theme doesn’t work and when we go to support, it doesn’t recognise the purchase code. Demo import fails.
It doesn’t allow me to create a ticket because it wants me to provide a purchase code. This wasn’t provided by Envato when it gave it out as a free download.
