When I add a product with specific variations (e.g., color and size) to the cart, sometimes the product is added correctly with all variation details displayed.
However, in other instances, the product is added without displaying the selected variations, or it is not added to the cart at all. So I should repeat process few times. In the console I see some incosistency in ajax.
Steps I Have Already Taken to Troubleshoot:
Checked Product Variation Setup:
Verified that all product variations are correctly configured with appropriate attributes in the WooCommerce product settings.
Cleared WooCommerce and Site Caches:
Cleared WooCommerce transients, expired transients, customer sessions, and template cache. Cleared browser cache and any server-side caches.
Disabled All Plugins:
Deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce to rule out any plugin conflicts. Tested the add-to-cart functionality, but the issue persisted.
Monitored the browser’s developer console for any JavaScript errors during the add-to-cart process. Observed 404 errors for some assets but no critical errors that directly pointed to the variation issue.
Verified Server Settings:
Confirmed that the server’s PHP settings are appropriate (PHP 7.4, 512MB memory limit, etc.).
Request for Assistance: Given these extensive troubleshooting steps, I am reaching out for your assistance to further diagnose and resolve this issue. Could you please help me identify any potential theme-specific issues or provide guidance on additional steps I can take to ensure consistent display of product variations in the cart?
PS. There is an error in the plugin that prevents translation. Below is one example. There are many more problems of this type:

Got this from Envato elements. I have to buy Elementor Pro to translate the Login / Register links in the menu. So disappointed worked 45 hours to see this.

I have Dello theme, it is very nice, but i can’t seems to add Product Badges to highlight the New Products and the Products on Sale. I have tried many plugins but the badges does not appear on the Shop/Archive pages. Can you please advise which plugin is compatible with your theme.
Total disappointment!!! The website does not show the image on the product page….in some it appears and disappears…. I bought the theme, asked for support….reported the problem, left an image attached etc… They said that the url does not open, ok, I informed my server, they did tests and more tests, everything ok, nothing blocked. Again they said that the url does not open, I asked for the ip to see if there was any blockage, they did not pass it to me. Evasive answers and with each new call I had to report the problem again, it seems that no one was really following up on my problem.
Anyway, I tried to update via ftp as they said, but it got worse, I lost the customization I had already done.
Now my client wants to cancel the contract….I’m going to lose the client

Problem was you’ve installed the template from envato elements and later updated through theme. Also, we were not able to inspect your site as your site was not opening to us. However, your site is opening now and we’ve fixed your site by updating the theme and plugins and images on product detail pages are showing now too. If you’ve any more queries, please reply to the ticket.
Theme should be updated with latest woocommerce template files. It is not. Also there is a bug where a client adds more stock than the available on its cart. There isnt any notification to tell the client about it. Also on the mini cart, you can change the quantiy above the stock, the notification comes only when you go on checkout. This is bad UI.

Theme is compatible with with latest version of WooCommerce. Also, you can change the cart quantity on both cart page and mini cart and price will be changed automatically in there so there is no need of notification. Hi, we acquired our copy of the theme from Envato elements. I was wondering If support doesn’t extend to the version on elements. And also If the version on elements is up to date with this version because this bug is very real and is disrupting work flow.

Similarly to the last poster, I’m having an issue where I cannot select variation options on the single product page with this theme installed. After switching to a different theme I no longer have the issue. Can you please advise? I downloaded the theme through Envato Elements.
Variable products can’t be added to the cart. I’ve excluded plugins conflicts but it works fine with a different theme. Any support from the author? I’ve downloaded theme from Elements.
Hello. Your Dello theme can be downloaded from Envato Elements. I downloaded and installed it. It asks for a registration code after installation, but I don’t know how to find it. Can you help me?

Hi Team, Í have a pre-sales question related to the underlying Unyson famework. I noticed that the Unyson plugin for WordPress, has not been updated since one year. Might this affect the use and future updates of the Dello theme? I really like the theme and it’s features by the way! Very slick and fast too 
It doesn’t use Unyson at all. It uses Redux for theme options.
