If you are referring to the sidebar content you could edit it to your needs in Appearance > Widgets > Sidebar where you could rearrange your content to your needs.

You can see whole list of some icons for desired icon pack only on their website and then choose that icon by name. For instance, here you can find list of Awesome font icons → https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/icons/

I have been using my theme Since 2016 without any problems as i think this is one of the best themes, however, recently i have started encountering problems with my Wp-bakery. I create anything through it, plus there’s a tab on the home page that’s not responding well.

Hi, for some reason i can`t submit a ticket for a Kreate theme in Your item support.
I do not know why, but when editing the page I can choose only two templates from page attributes right sidebar ‘default’ and ‘Slider Revolution Blank Template’.
Freshly after installation and import of demo content I could choose e.g. ‘Full Width’, ‘Landing Page’, ‘WooCommerce’.
I have reset Elated, I have copied the Kreate and Kreate-Child template again, but it did not help.
Please, let me know what else I can do.

So you can see that I created the ticket 3 weeks ago…......... and you can see that like the other ticket it has not been solved in 3 weeks. For a basic anchorid issue which should not be even an issue. Honestly guys I don’t say it is easy and probably you have a lot to do but your support is a nightmare, instead of replying once a week, it would be probably more efficient to focus 1 time and close the issue once for all. Instead, on all solutions provided no one is working. You can try, take the script for portofolio, try it, it is not working, same for anchorid, you can try it is not working. Perhaps it is coming from us but doesn’t seem to work. It is only facts, look anchoirid ticket, I wrote 1 week ago, wait 3 days, then Marie asked me the password, it was 4 days ago and nothing has been done since then. Rémi

On the bottom of the portfolio pages, there is a print and like (heart icon) button, need to remove it. Its not effected by the Setting> Discussions. The inspector shows it labeled as div class;”eltd-toolbar-holder” Thank you

I have a question about menu, in case we use your theme to make a 1 page website, I don’t find the possibility to use a menu title for exemple “our services”, which will link to a section in the middle of the page, like a short cut.

Note that I tried Anchor ID in Row Settings, and in menu to set the link /#anchor ID but it show a white page. I also try insert the code, the page is scrolling by itself but doesn’t find the anchor, whatever it is in WPbakery or directly in code. Thanks

Sorry to push but what is the lead time for support? I replied 3 days ago to the ticket because the problem is not solve with anchorID. I can wait but we even don’t know if someone will look at it in the coming days as there is no status update, so it is quite frustrating. Honestly we input anchor ID in Row and in menu but it doesn’t work. When you click on the menu the page goes down but don’t stop and go back to the top of the page. It’s like he doesn’t see the anchor ID in the page. What is strange is it works when you put it in the code directly.

Never mind- I found them- But was is missing is the Rev Slider- there is a doc.html. but no option to install from this package folder. Where would i find that?

Revolution Slider files do not import automatically, and you will need to import these slides manually.
First thing you need to make sure you’ve downloaded correct file from ThemeForest, from themeforest.net find the theme and in download button dropdown, select “All files & documentation”.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.
Or if you really need the latest plugin update regardless of the theme update, you can reach us at support@elated-themes.com and include your purchase code and our agents will provide you with the latest plugin versions.

Unfortunately, there’s no option inside the shortcode itself to change autoplay speed, as well as the transition speed of the blog slider.
To change this, you’d have to open your FTP account and navigate to
wp-content\themes\kreate\assets\js\blog.js
where you’ll find this function that needs to be changed https://www.screencast.com/t/Cr0ybQMDGHG0
Have in mind that this file needs to be minified using grunt uglify function in command teminal in order for changes to take place, so if you’re not experienced in theme development, we don’t advise taking these actions.

Hello, we just purchased this theme and love it so far. We are having an issue though with the portfolio pages. With the content on the right side of the screen, it lags when scrolling down the page and seems like there is a glitch there versus the content scrolling with the pictures that are in the middle?
It looks fine on mobile but on desktop we are running into this problem. Thanks.
Also, is there a way to have multiple sliders or image styles on the portfolio page? We have multiple projects per client that we would ideally like to separate. Is there a way to customize the portfolio page without using html or css?

It is different type of field for which it might be impossible to apply same styling, but padding and size can be similar to regular input fields so if that isn’t the case, you should contact our support regarding this and they will provide you with some css code in order to style them better. Since it could be that theme is missing proper styling for that element you can contact support over email at support[@]elated-themes.com and also include a link to a page with issue, so they can check this on your installation and if this can be easily resolved they will provide you with some css code.
