Hello Nice theme. We are having issues with the theme as the webiste is not loading which seems as it is an issue for not updating the Chani theme. we are not able to log in for some reason so we can find an option for updating. currenrly we are on version 1.0.1.

The latest version of the theme is 1.0.6. You can backup data in your site and update the theme and this plugin via Chani -> Dashboard.

1 we set up some available header layout in Theme options so you can choose 1 in it.
2 to edit header in elementor: You need to buy the Elementor Pro plugin then custom the header like you want.

You need to make the new header by yourself. You can’t edit the available header with Elementor. You need to go to file source code and perform custom. Thanks!

2 if you want it display on the left, this is custom work because right now our theme don’t have the option like you want.

When you move your site to the new domain, please backup data in your site and you need logout in the old site https://indissa.in : Chani tab -> Dashboard -> User and logout then reactivate the license key in the new site:https://www.houseofcocoon.com

Initialy, we have activated the theme on a subdomain “fashion.riacube.in” . but due to some technical issues our subdomain stop working. So, We downloaded the files (without DUP) and uploaded on a new domain “sharatbharadwaj.com”.
Now, We deleted the subdomain “fashion.riacube.in”.
But now, on “sharatbharadwaj.com” theme is not getting activated, it says “Invalid Host”.
I talked to support team, they said theme is activated on another doamin also i.e “fashion.riacube.in”. But we have deleted that subdomain domain now.
So, what can be done now.

Okay.. So, we want to have a fresh installation on a new subdomain. So, I just need to logout from this “sharatbharadwaj.com” and can make a fresh installation on new domain.. correct??
