Hello, I will like to ask when will be update? The date! Because your theme is not compatible with new versions of woocommerce so people cannon add new variable products?! did you know that?!?

Website got slow and it opens for 30s :) this is crazy..

Is there any option to reset license address and give it to new address? I sent you ticket a couple of days ago and there’s no reply from you :-( It’s blocking me from running website on new address. Or just tell me that because of support expired, I can do jack with my license and need to buy new ona/renew support.

You can deregister license by entering the complete purchase code again at “Cartify ->Product Registration” on all your previous sites. And try registering only on the sites you needed (you can enable the staging option for registering staging site).

WP tells me that some of the theme’s WooCommerce templates are obsolete and may cause problems and errors. Have you planned an update to the theme soon?

We reiterate that we have no knowledge of the previous sites where the license may be active. We have never used the license on those sites, and that’s why we cannot deactivate it from there.

We are in a critical situation as we need to use the license on the actual sites where development will take place. Would it be possible to provide assistance from your end to unlink the license from any site where it is currently active? This will allow us to activate the license only on the necessary sites.

Your prompt attention to this matter is crucial for us, and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

Mi licencia no funciona, pueden por favor ayudarme, ya que al colocarla para activar el tema, me aparece como si ya estuvera activa en otro sitio ageno al mio. me gusta el tema y quiero trabajarlo, pero no puedo usar mi licencia por que aparece ya en uso, uso que no he hecho yo.
