Hi, I deleted the LUXA theme on the domain “seohob.com” which was temporarily built without deregistering the theme from there. I am now unable to activate the theme on my new/original domain which is opulencegroupe.com since the website on seohob.com is deleted. I need a restoration key or reset key so that I can properly register the LUXA theme onto my original domain opulencegroupe.com .. I need the LUXA theme to be activated onto our original domain opulencegroupe.com … I tried contacting via email and they said write the same query in the comment section of the theme purchased with same account and they will deactivate my domain. please advise thank you
