Hi, After updating to the latest version, all websites that the woodmart theme is installed on became dramatically slow. I have try to deactivate all 3 parts plugin and all is good but when activate only woocommerce plugin without any another 3 parts plugin the site begin to be extreme slow again.

Nope, all I asked for was the URL. Your support loses 1 star.
I went to my Woodmart theme settings and “reset” everything to default, then the Prebuilt Websites link showed up. For everyone else who needs it, here is the URL so you can work around this bug: https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=xts_prebuilt_websites

If this is not a feature, I would seriously suggest adding it to allow more freedom and functionality on this module.

Blog page layout display incorrectly

I realized some browsers display the BLOG page incorrectly, the third/fourth column dropped to the next row.

However, some browsers display it correctly, I don’t know why.

If it’s backend bug, hope it gets fixed soon before I get ready to buy it.

In the latest version of the theme, when I click on “Add to Cart” and go to the cart page, it sometimes appears empty. Occasionally, it shows the added product, but other times it displays as empty. Moreover, when returning to the cart page from the checkout page, it shows a different item added to the cart, not the one I initially added. There seem to be issues in the latest theme version. Since my support period has ended, I’m reaching out for assistance here.

It seems to work correctly now. Please, test from your end.

It seems the issue was due to Varnish cache. I believe there was a compatibility issue. For now, I am using Varnish cache turned off, and the problem seems to be resolved. Thank you.

the site import has bugs.I am trying to import baby theme but the only thing is impoorted is only the header nothing else.Dont ask for renew support.Your theme must work well out of the box.i have submitted the same problem in forum and yoyu you go to my backend and make some changes in a file revslider.php.You are not fair.Solve the problem

You can manage all your purchase codes in your account on our website xtemos.com From there, you can remove your old activations for domains that are no longer in use. Before the update, I’d never had this kind of problem, but now it’s recurring. Error 500 Request timeout. I modified .htacces / php.ini, nothing. I had to delete two installations of my site to try and fix the problem, but when I imported the theme, the problem resurfaced.

Odd, we fixed it with:-

Shop > Variable Products -> Variations images -> Set “Additional variations images” to ON, and “Data storage method” to ‘Variations products meta’. Can also set AJAX variation threshold to “50”.

Hello, after the last update to version 7.4.1 I have an issue in my product’s page, when I select size and try to add the product in the cart I get an error that I should select some other option to add the product to the cart. Apparently this issue takes place in all our eshops that use Woodmart and only after the last update. Please respond as this is a matter of functionality. Hello. I love your theme, it is multifunctional and meets my needs very well. After update 7.4.1, It gives the following error when adding products with variations to the cart: “Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart.”. And does not add it to the cart. However, all the choices were made.

One regular license allows you to use our theme for a single project only. If you are going to create multiple websites with our theme, then you need to purchase one regular license per domain.

after updating to 7.4 website images are breaking on mobile devices carousel and single product page images are opening with huge size i have also updated it to 7.4.1 but the problem continues i have also notice that its working fine on safari but breaking on crome
