I purchased the theme, but due to an error in the theme, it has lost its mobile compatibility. I quickly communicated all the support I could to the teams to solve this problem. But they have not been able to solve this problem for 2 days. The problem is that it causes a shift to the right on mobile devices. Friends who have purchased the theme should test their site with a mobile device after installing the demo.

Hello. The Pxl Post Carousel which displays services on the home page only works with the services created in the theme. I am unable to display new services that I created. I’m looking over all the settings they all appear to be the same. What am I missing?
Never mind. I discovered by trial and error that the services must have a featured image set to be visible in the carousel. So that settles that issue.

What is the reason you want a refund?
As I said earlier in the tickets, there is simply too many issues with the theme. It has been more than 1 week and I still haven’t gotten through the setup phase because of issues regarding licenses and child themes. I have worked with many templates, never have I ever seen a template that can’t even get through a setup phase. Thank you and your team for your effort, but this is not going to work. I want a refund.

Q – How easy is it to grab sections from different home page demos to build on a single page? I can see multiple elements I would like to combine on a single page. C – The page load speeds on the demo seem a little slow. I am hoping this is due to extra features running and perhaps low resources on the demo server.

Hello. A couple of Questions:
How do you change the icon for the service in the post carousel element? I don’t see how it’s grabbing this in the Services post types.
Also, how can I override the color used in the pxl Post Carousel elements (see the 3 houses in Home Page 6) – it is using the theme color palette which is working for me, but I don’t like the color it chose for this element. I don’t see where to change this.
