Unless you’re able to give us a normal technical support on the issues, I want a refund.
The Jekyll theme style won’t install itself on Github: https://frameforce.github.io/website/
What should I do? I tried your documentation, but it doesn’t work.

Hello:
I like the look of this theme. However, it does not seem to work in the Latest version of Jekyll. What would it take to get it update?
I have installed it on github, and it doesn’t look what it should be. Could you guide me little bit more about the setting?
https://trust-snu.github.io/Thank you for nice designed theme. I tried to install this to my local server (M1 Max, Ruby 2.7.6), but can’t install bundle. It looks like I have to install ffi 1.9.18, but my system only accepts 1.15.1.
Can you help me this?

An error occurred while installing ffi (1.9.18), and Bundler cannot continue.

This is not properly maintained. Attempting to revert back to a compatible Jekyll version results in conflicts with gems that must be updated. I would like a refund as it is unusable in its current state.
Hi! I purchased this today and was super excited to put it up on GitHub pages but the formatting is all off. How do I get it to work with GitHub pages? Thanks!

Hi. i have been trying to work this template out but I haven’t been able to debug it. I am a student and I spent pretty much on this template. I would request if I could get a refund back for this
Hi, I am trying to deploy this on Github Pages but I can’t. All the CSS and JS doesn’t seem to load. What do I do.
Hi guys, Any CSS shortcuts available on running basic changes? Thanks
Will it also provide with the total content? like aimations/ texts / banners / videos???
I’m looking for documentation about the site structure and especially the index page. I understand index.html is not generated from a ”.md” file. Is that correct ?Am I supposed to update directly index.html file to change the home page ?
Thank you
Hello! I have problems with your theme:
1. If there are three team members, there is space between the second and the third.
2. If there are more than four members, names are not attached to photos. So in the mobile version, it is not particularly clear who is who.
3. Unavailable to select and copy the info in the contact section (phone, email).
4. I want to insert links instead of the phone in the contact section, but it’s cropped and also does not work.
5. At the top of the page, the text leaves if the phrases are long.
6. Horizontal lines in services move out if there are more than two lines or if descriptions not the same length in the header.
Сan you fix it?
Hey man, bought the theme based on the online example, it’s nice, thanks for putting it together… However trying to run it locally on localhost:4000 I’ve noticed the main style and posibily other things aren’t loading as the styling looks broken in places, images aren’t loading other than the logo and background video. Although I’m not seeing 404’s in devtools… it’s odd.
Thought I’m might be something to do with relative_url not being applied to everywhere… also looked at:
{% for path in site.data.assets.css %}
{ - if path contains '://' - }
{ - assign href = path - }
{ - else - }
{ - assign href = path | relative_url - }
{ - endif - }
{% endfor %}
<link rel="stylesheet" href="{{ href }}">
My intention is to use this on github pages, so I updated gemfile to use
gem “github-pages”, group: :jekyll_plugins
instead of gem “jekyll”, “3.5.2”.
So questions are do you know if this is compatible with github-pages? Also is the bower.json file meant to be missing from the download? So the bower_components have just been made fix assets of the project?
Cheers,
Derek.
