Hello,

I am having an issue with the mobile menu icon when using the widget “Area after the mobile menu” without a menu. I had to go back to v7.3.4 to test to be sure as in the v7.4.x the icon will not open the menu anymore. The only workaround is to have at least one item in the mobile menu and then display:none with CSS, but then the menu does not open sometimes

I have a small question about product tabs. Is there any way to link to them from another part of the site? I’ve tried this and it doesn’t seem to work:

The review tab works but it doesn’t go directly to the tab, it opens it but it won’t bring you right to it:

That seems to be the only one that is sort of linkable? Is there any way to link to the others (including the custom tab) and have the browser bring the customer directly down to it?

i found that images are breaking after update because its conflicting with litespeed cache plugin when i deactivated the plugin every page is properly loading but as soon as i activate the litespeed cache plugin product page images gets broke

Hello, Lately I have this error on multiple sites where I use this theme: After I’ve added some CSS in the Theme Settings -> Custom CSS, and when I go to the specific page I don’t see the changes. To see these changes on the webpage, I must press Ctrl+F5 for a hard refresh. Even when accessing the site from another PC, the changes aren’t visible unless I perform a hard refresh. Can you tell me what can I do so these changes are immediately visible?

BUG REPORT

Sorry to bring it up here. My support period is over and I had to report this. Recently I noticed that there’s a problem with swatches with non-latin slugs, where they can’t be selected as a variable product and it delivers jquery error. For some strange reason, sometimes it works with non-latin characters and some other times it doesn’t. I had to rewrite more than 500 variables, but I think you can fix it by sanitising the slug before passing it. The problem is slugs are automatically generated based on names and this problem needs to be fixed.

Unfortunately, it is a known issue and there is no workaround for this yet. All slugs should use Latin symbols only.

hello, we use W3 Total Cache for caching page content and the speed improved significantly but we encountered some problems: On the product page, at the reviews, it doesn’t show the review form even though the user is logged in and it has bought the product. Do you know how to solve this or can you develop an option so that the reviews would be dynamically loaded via an Ajax call, after the page load?

And another one was about the cart items and the cart total. The cached version of the page always served the same cart for every client. By doing some javascript and making a call after the page load, we managed to fix this issue, in case someone is facing this situation.

You can create as many attributes and variations for your products as you need. By default, they are displayed in one column but you can try to adjust this with custom CSS.

We just updated our client’s site to the latest version of WoodMart, and I must say: I absolutely LOVE the direction Xtemos is heading with this product. I stand by with bated breath reading your changelogs, actively checking back to see if you’ve released new versions/demos/functionality. WoodMart is simply the best WooCommerce shopping theme I have ever used, period.

Even though our support has expired, I did want to let you know that after updating the theme and its corresponding plugins, attempting to save WoodMart’s “Theme Settings” does NOT work. Instead, pressing the save button dumps me at the /wp-admin/options.php page (which contains every single setting from every plugin/post/media/etc) and does NOT apply my Theme Settings changes.

I have applied all patches and I don’t know why this is occurring. Can you please advise? We’ll be extending the license soon, and likely buying more in the very near future, but I’d truly appreciate some insight into this strange issue that was not present in the previous release – it would save me significant time and effort, when my only other option is rolling her entire site back.

Update: I just tested this on another development site and the same issue occurs. I have every plugin disabled besides the ones WoodMart explicitly requires. The dev site was using WoodMart 7.3.2 before the update, and everything else is updated too. The bug remains.

I’d be happy to grant access to the development environment if you would like to witness the issue firsthand. Just let me know!

FIXED: All I needed was to increase PHP’s MAX_INPUT_VARS directive to at least 10000. This immediately resolved the issue, and everything now saves without issue. Hope this helps someone!

Yes, in the latest version, our Theme Settings have more than 1000 fields so you need to increase this parameter.

Hi, after last update I found the following issue:

Items are not displaying on cart after refresh….

Already removed all plugins not provided with the theme but issue still there.

Most important thing is that I was able to duplicate the issue on your demo site

For example:

In order to duplicate the issue: 1. Add a product to cart 2. Refresh page or change page.It could happen after 3 refreshs or after browsing on site. 3. Open cart icon.

You can fix it by applying patch # `528355`. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.
