Hello, the same thing again … security vulnerability in WP Bakery <= 8.6, but during the update process only the 8.5 plugin is loaded.
Can you try from your end with the same process?
Deactivate & Delete the plugin. Install it again from the: Appearance > Install plugin and then activate it.

Yes, you can add a static page as the top page. To do so, you need to assign the portfolio page as the static homepage from the WordPress admin area, then go to Settings > Reading > Your homepage display (https://prnt.sc/fUYPQvYgDNNS).

Additionally, simply adding a portfolio results in a page with a messed-up layout. I’d like to copy a sample but am not sure how to duplicate a portfolio. How can I do this?
I chose 3 columns (a larger left side with images and a smaller right side for the description), but the right side exceeds the browser width for some reason.

- Currently we don’t have the option to make a column gap like 10px
- You can use Yoast Duplicate Post plugins (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-post/) to duplicate any portfolio and work on that.
- Yes, featured images should be the same size, but to make things easier, kindly copy any page from our demo installation and work on it.
Is it possible to set up this template so it works as a one page site? I’d like the home page to show the portfolio but to be able to scroll down to the about and contact sections rather than open a new page for these if possible. Thanks

How can you setup multiple Portfolio pages, like in the demo site?... Under Elston Options, you only have ONE choice for the portfolio. I’d like to setup separate pages with Masonry and WIDE projects.

Hey Guys, its been two years I have the theme and still loving it. I have a simple question and I hope you can let me know if it is possible. I just wanted to know if I wanted to create more than one portfolio Gallery like two distinct GRID Portfolio Galleries.
Also I don’t know what happened but some areas of the WPBAKERY framerwork has converted to CSS instead of Icons….is there something I have to do to fix all those areas? It’s only in some of the portfolio items that I no longer see Icons…I just see the text for those images.
Things just look like this in all the boxes

It’s as if everything was converted to text box

2. About the shortcode showing error is fixed on the latest version of Elston Core plugin. The version number is: 1.5.3.
How to Update the Elston Core plugin?
Can you please update our Elston Core plugin using the following steps. It’ll not show any update notice, so do what we did in that video. In the video, we’ve updated the WPBakery/Visual Composer plugin. Apply the same steps to the Elston Core plugin. The latest version has these fixes.

Not exactly I want to separate my logo projects into one grid gallery through the use of a link, but then I want to have another grid gallery for my 3D work. Right now it just seems all the portfolio items are all in one place but I am having trouble figuring out how if my clients click the logo link I want the grid gallery to just show the logo’s and if they click the 3D link it only displays the 3D designs and so on.

Thanks Victorthemes I deleted and reinstalled the Elston Core and all is back to normal with the wpbakery css code issue, thanks. Now just let me know if there is a way I can seperate my projects in their own grid galleries using the portfolio structure.

Hey Guys thank you for your help on the last issue, I have one last question: The maintenance mode seems to be broken. I have a full page design in Wordpress for a full page display. When I turn on maintenance mode it shrinks the entire image to half the size in the middle. when I turn off maintenance mode it goes full page the background image. Anyway I can go about fixing this? Thank you here it is in maintenance mode. it seems that there is some sort of padding going on, in the maintenance page it is set to full-width btw.

I think you might have misunderstood my question. Maintenance Mode is working, the problem is that whatever I edit the maintenance mode to be in the back end it looks fine but on the front end it doesn’t reflect the changes accurately. Here is a snapshot of what I mean, the back end looks one way and the front end looks another.

Most of the WPBakery Page Builder shortcodes are not supported since, we’re creating a very simple maintenance mode page.

Hmmm, I don’t get the point to have a masonry portfolio if I cannot set different size images. That’s exactly the purpose of the masonry.

You can upload different sizes as you want. it’ll become the Masonry. We’ve not used or checked with GIF in our Elston theme. Since, it requires more loading time.
