Just bought the theme, and it has outdated Woocommerce templates.Elementor main slider is not working. Do you provide refunds? I bought it today, it seems the theme is not well maintained…no proper updates.

Thanks. I was submitting the ticket under the actual “Insur” wordpress theme under Product or Category and that is when I got the error.
I placed the order with you, but when I imported the two zip files, 1st insur.zip and 2nd insur-child.zip, the default theme was one I didn’t want. Are there options to change the theme within the zip file?

First i updated elementor to the last version and it broke the website, unable to edit the pages anymore, it keeps stuck (insur v1.1.1) and i was uptating from elementor v3.15 to 3.28.
Then i tried to update the theme to the last version v1.4, then it broke the site with fatal error.

I have the same issue described by others in the comments here. After the latest Elementor and other updates the homepage slider is not displaying correctly. Something needs to be fixed on InsurWP’s side. Please fix.

Support or not, this issue is still present if Elementor is updated. I see your support tickets also say that it is an issue with your theme. Please fix, right now the main header is broken.

1. Yes we want to remove the page leader title banner and background entirely across the site. We changed the background image but the most important is to remove the page header title accross the site.

I got 3 days old tickets. once i asked a ticket to be closed. You rush to do that but when there is an actual problem to be solved if i don’t call you out here, You simply look away.

What is your standard procedure for refunds?!!! Bcos i cant have tons of tickets opened and you just choose one and abandon the rest for days. That doesn’t work for me.
