All my homepage content is gone. I can’t update my theme – immigway, as there’s no update option available. my current version is 1.0.0 and after updating the plugins, i lost slider and content on my home page.
I followed the instructions to delete plugins and reinstall via theme dashboard but nothing changed, even after updating the plugins by manually deactivating, deleting and then reinstalling.
I even regenerated all the thumnails but still homepage isn’t back yet.
Looks like i have older version of theme and newer version of plugins or it can be something else. Not sure, why it’s a broken theme. I like it but very frustrating to manually doing everything and still no luck.

Hello, although I can see the administration panel of the site, the pages I edit with Elementor do not open through the administration panel and I cannot edit them. Only the Elementor loading icon is heard on the page, but the pages are not loaded. This problem exists in pages, services and posts, that is, in all edited areas. Hi, i downloaded it from Envato Elements and purchase code is not available.
When you purchase a theme in Envato Elementor, the item does not provide support, did you read the terms before downloading the item?
i found the problem, the bravis add ons plugin is causing the website to run very slow. can you update the plugin? its even give us a 503 error on certain pages

I’m having a problem just as similar as digitalsaeed’s problem a year ago, it seems like you guys intentionally uploaded a theme with defects and forced the downloader to pay an amount just to fix it. i have used Envato elements as a source for my projects and this is the first time i’ve experience a theme with defects. im happy to download another theme if you guys cannot fix it or just let me know how to fix it.

Hi Bravis Team, I installed the theme and installed plugins, also imported the demo content successfully. But when I try to edit front page with elementor, The page does not load and ask to enable the safe mode. If I disabled the “Bravis User” & “Bravis Addons” then it load the home page with elementor for editing. I need immediate help or guidance to fix that issue.

Hi, Unable to import a few plugins and Demo on live whereas able to download same plugins and demo on localhost; but, the imported demo on local host have a few design issues.
Here is the error message when try to load demo on live site.
” Your server was unable to connect to theme API server. Please check with your hosting company if the connection to https://api.bravisthemes.com/ is blocked in the firewall or network setup. “
