The thing is, this is not a default problem with the theme. If there is a problem with the default theme, we will check it on our server and try to provide you with a solution.
But this problem is caused by a plugin, or theme customization. So we have to check what customizations have been made and disable them, which we will not be able to check without admin credentials.
We suggest you try disabling anything that is not part of the default theme.

Is there way to change color pallets, demo site only has black/gray and pink pattern is there we can change this or there different color pallets available in theme?

There is an option in the admin to change the color, from there you can update the color. Please check the screenshot provided.
There you will be able to change the colors that are currently there, but you will not be able to add new ones, so you will have to do customization work.

Hello, Great template, however I am having some issues with going to Appearance and clicking Customization everything is missing. I tried to go to support, however I have a new email and it is showing my old email. Do you have an email that I can contact you directly? I have a purchase code, however I do not want to put this information on this thread. Also I can not add additional widgets to my sideboards. I purchased this template after doing my research and it seems that you have great customer support.
Hello, I am trying to Import the Elementor Settings from Import Kit for FlyWeb template but it keeps prompting this:
“App could not be loaded We’re sorry, but something went wrong. Click on ‘Learn more’ and follow each of the steps to quickly solve it.”
How can I resolve this to move forward please?
I deactivated all default pluggins and it imported, then reactivated the pluggins back. hope this resolves the issue properly.

ok thanks. I a having problems with selecting footer. I have selected footer #5 for both Home page and for inner pages and I have edited the footer #5 but the changes are not taking effect. Nothing changes please provide explanation.
