Hello, You do not have to purchase the KiviCare Pro plugin separately, the KiviCare Pro is already included in the KiviCare theme bundle.
1) Yes you can use the KiviCare theme and KiviCare plugin for your website. Please note that the KiviCare theme and KiviCare Pro have separate data.
2) You can use any third-party translation plugin to change the labels in the KiviCare dashboard.
3) Yes, the KiviCare theme is fully customizable from settings. However, the KiviCare plugin is made with VueJS and the source code is not available with the regular version. So you can not make any changes through the code. However, you can change the theme colour, site logo, and site loader from Settings -> Pro Settings -> Theme Settings.
You can also change the widget appearance from Setting -> Widget Setting.

Their schedules can be setup even they live in different time zones?

Hello, At present, individual user-specific time zones are not supported. A unified time zone is configured through the WordPress dashboard at Settings -> General -> Timezone.

Hello, Certainly, you can import custom field data by including the relevant information in the CSV or XLS file. Refer to the provided examples for proper formatting:

2) Patients have the ability to modify their profile information directly from their dashboard. Ensure that your email functionality is operational, and consider enabling email notifications for user registration. You can use the Kivicare Pro for only two domains (one testing and one production). If you have only one wordpress setup and wish to add URL-based translation, it is not available for the kivicare dashboard.

It’s not feasible in that manner. However, in our latest update, we’ve added a language selection feature on the user profile page. Please refer to the attached screenshot ( https://i.imgur.com/9fXNd5o.png ). To translate the Kivicare dashboard, you can employ the Loco Translate plugin, allowing users to pick their desired language.

You can change the label “Doctor” to “Professional” using a third-party plugin like Loco Translate.
With “Loco Translate” i can only change the “Doctor” word in other languages right? Or Can I change it in english too?
You can also select the English language and change the word.

This small problems make the plugin not usable in a clinical production environment . would it be possible to :
1) modify the fields ( e.g. name, date of birth , clinic details , logo , age )showed on the encounter , prescription and billing pages printed or emailed to patient after a visit? currently there is no way to show a custom field ( e.g. a social code, or other custom field added to patient page) , or to hide an existing field ( e.g. age, DOB etc) . Also it is not possible to write something ( for example a legal disclaimer somewhere on the page, or a phrase to describe the document on the bottom) . this is not acceptable for a clinic printed/saved page given to the patient, even for legal reasons!
2) modify the fields of the input encounter page( as seen from doctor’s page when writing encounter infos) , for exaple only having one text field of full width of the page to write down whatever one doctor wants, instead of the actual three fields ( problems, observations, notes) . Right now it is not possible and adding a custom field results in a very unconvenient small , half page text block ( and is not put on a prescription including print) .
3) remove list numbering on each entry in the three encounter fields (problems observations notes). makes the encounter print look non professional, should be only optional or removed since can be easly added manually if needed .
4) edit the number of billing document number ( now it is randomly assigned ) since acountant might start from a different number on the billing numbering . ( or adding the possibility to have an automatic increasing custom number shown on the billing page)
5)Make the custom text field full width on the page , not very small and put on the left side of page as it is right now . also to remove the ugly outline on the printed page it shows now when closed and printed
6)to edit a previous encounter / encounter field after closing (very important in case of small errors or corrections) .
7)to have a report (eg. picture or scanned documents of exams or xrays) associated with an encounter . Right now any uploaded report is put in a dedicated section in the patient page , but there is no way to have it organized inside the encounter page , to be easly consultated at a later point . It would be nice to have a global report (all the uploaded reports at any time for a patient) on the patient page under report, but also to have a report connected with the encounter when the report was uploaded ( if i have a visit on 01/01/24 i write a note, upload an exam page scan and then close it, if i later consult that one encounter I can see the associated report only . if i go to patient report module , I then see all the reports uploaded on every encounter of the patient) .
8 ) add two or more possible payment methods on billing creation , for in-person payment ( eg. cash , check , in-person credit card or insurance ) when doing check out . Possibly make a separate total count per-type of payment in the reporting module (totals and graphs).
9) why the printing and pdf of the encounter print have a different graphical aspect compared to billing print and prescription print? is it possible to have all of them with a choerent graphical aspect?

If you are using the KiviCare Pro, hiding the clinic field is not possible. You can only skip the clinic selection in the appointment widget.

The most recent version of the Kivicare Pro plugin is Version 2.3.0. We recommend updating the plugin to this latest version. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Start by deleting the current Kivicare Pro plugin.
2. After removal, a new option will appear in the “Appearance” menu, labeled “Install plugins.”
3. You can download and install the latest Kivicare Pro plugin from this new option.
Before making any changes, we strongly advise you to create backups of both the original plugin folder and your database, just as a precaution.
