Hi To apply any changes you make to your customization settings, be sure to click the “SAVE” button on the top right side of the customization area. The slider section JavaScript code requires reload to render again.
I am having issues with the Mega Menu and loading correctly. I want it to look like the Header in Aero Homepage 2 Option. No matter how I configure the main menu to work with other sub-category menus. I watched the youtube videos that are linked and they are not straight forward or does now work with this site design. Once into “edit theme”, there is a three ellipsis drop menu link at the top of the page. Once clicked there is a link option “View documentation” which just goes to the 404 error page. This was purchased from my clients account so can see if they can provide a order/license number.

Seriously you think I’m trying to tarnish your reputation? Piss off. You’ve created a low-quality theme and you know it.
I’m unable to get out of the red on PageSpeedInsights or over a performance speed of 28… This is completely unacceptable for a theme priced at this.
Why is the theme taking so long to load up your hs-lazysizes JS? Why is the script evaluation at 32,000MS even with additional third-party scripts turned off… Why is the nivoslider so poorly optimized that its render delay takes 18,000MS. Mind you I’ve optimized the images to be webp and most are under 100kbs… All your JS actually is poorly optimized. Now a client is having a go at me for your poor crappy theme.
So either fix my issues or refund me.. Simple as that. Failure to response help or refund means I’m taking my issue directly to themeforest. Sick of this crap.

Open the network tab in your browser’s console to see what is being loaded and how frequently. Also, check the load data displayed on the bottom bar to see its sizing as well. It is continuously loading the content.
You’re surely using an app which has gone rogue or its remains are still there if you’ve deleted it.
Upon further investgation it has nothing to do with existing apps on the webstie but rather the “nivo-slideshow” you insist on using. The Nivo slider was the reason why my site was generating multiple images… over 500 times… So you may want to address that issue in future updates…
Thanks, I’ll keep this in mind and will check it thoroughly. However, it can’t be the only cause. You should also minimize the display of products on the main page, perhaps showing only 3-4 with a “view all” link to show the rest. This will help reduce the media content download as well.

As a MEAN stack developer, I’m interested in integrating Shopify’s Search and Discovery app to enhance product filtering without relying on tags. I find the current tagging system to be less efficient and somewhat messy. Why bother creating tags like “Type_Bushing Kits” when we could simply utilize the product.type attribute for filtering purposes? Additionally, I’m keen on implementing filters for sorting by price, but it seems that option is not available.
Could you please provide guidance on creating custom filters, or if that’s not feasible, help me integrate Shopify’s native filters into your theme?

Tried to upload zip folder tt_aero_3020_quickstart and tt_aero_3020_template_1.0 but Shopify keep sending error for no liquid theme, but can’t find the a.zip or themed zip file.
Which folder should I be uploading, followed the video you link and for the life of me can’t work it out.

It doesn’t show that you’ve purchased the item. Also from the zip name it suggests that you’ve purchased a copy made for another cms like opencart. Kindly purchase the shopify version instead. Also we’ve only developed Shopify version and not the others so we won’t be able to assist in item refund as well.

To make this section functional, kindly input the values in the makeObject.js file, located in the assets folder within the theme edit area. After that, attach the appropriate keywords to the relevant product as tags. This will ensure the product appears in filter/search results.

The code itself was fine. The problem arose because the category count value was deleted from the settings, which is why it wasn’t functioning properly.
To activate the year, make, model filter section, you must input the values in the makeObject.js file located in the assets folder within the theme editing area. Afterward, assign the corresponding keywords to the products as tags. This will make them searchable.

Okay, there is option to add only 8 brands but we have 104 so how we add all those in the carousel slider. There should be no limitation in the pro theme. What do you think?
104 is not even allowed. The cap is set at 50 blocks per section. Limit removed. Though a high number of block addition is not advised due to the fact that it is a single line carousel and also the more the images the heavier the page becomes, leading to slower loading times.

It is not showing the top header background on inner pages at all. It seems that you’ve set the color to transparent from theme settings > General Settings tab. Kindly add a relevant color and it will show fine.
