Cant edit in Page Builder

I need help customizing the filter for the theme

Hello I purchased the theme, I am having issue in the sidebar filter, i have created categories and their child categories but i only see limited hierarchy. i want to display the complete hierarchy of parent and child category in filter sidebar

1) In my mega menu, the first two categories work correctly, with a header and subcategories. But the third just has the categories with arrow. It’s not being caused by the categories, as I’ve tried switching them up. This always happens with the 3rd one (of 3).

2) How the heck do I get rid of the “free shipping” blurb? I can’t find that anywhere in the settings or even in the html.

I cannot find promotion settings in the theme editor. I have text I am unable to change unless I change the default lang strings

is the populated automatically, if not what controls the content in this sidebar? I am not seeing anything in the documentation about it.

Hello, I downloaded the latest version of Razor 2.0.6 and when I activate the theme on Bigcommerce. It throws and error. Showing: A Server Error Has Occurred. Bigcommerce support suggests the theme is not compatible with the new SCSS requirement and suggest I run the through a stencil-cli conversion. is the theme compatible with SCSS as per new requriement?

if not when will a SCSS version be available? Please advise.

Good afternoon. We purcased the Razor template for Bigcommerce. I believe we’re using Theme 02 (see filing.com). I noticed a glitch in the mobile version of the site. The glitch also happens in the demo. The glitch is when you click “Sidebar” to bring up filters. Then once a filter is chosen (for example color), the sidebar never goes away. The user can slightly see some of the products behind it, but there the box (sidebard) should go back to the left so the user can see all the products. How can we fix this?

What type of warranty does this template have from this company, very unhappy with this since I don’t do code and thought, according to the description, that everything was a drop and drag system. Need to move on to a different template. I have downloaded it but not used it and the support is not what it says as well.

To whom it may concern,

I can’t find the storefront editor where I can load photos, description, and fonts on the home page in the blank grey square boxes.. The page builder and the instructions don’t match and nowhere was I able to find where I can add or delete categories, text, or photos in the smaller carousels. I was able to find where to add the photos for the large carousel but that was about it, but it doesn’t seem to want to slide with the timer either.

Once I have the front page, Razor home page 2, put together I will be able to launch the website so I really need some help here and I don’t know how to write or change code so would it be possible to have phone help on this. I’m sure it won’t take long to change a few things.

Could you please tell me where I need to go in order to setup the Razor Home page 2 at? Was able to get most everything else set up but can’t find where I need to go and how to get there in order to load sliders and photos/descriptions on it.

it seems that the nav and logo are not setup to display on mobile devces. I have a couple of questions. 1. How can I get the logo and navigation to show up on a mobile device? 2. Can I customize which parts of the header are displayed on a mobile device?

If I change the css in the browser for “heard-mobile” and disable the “display: none”.
