I just bought a theme yesterday. Import demo doesn’t work as mentioned by so many people here. Ticket 32837. WP was installed fresh yesterday only. Now you are asking me to provide a fresh install of WP. I’m not sure what that means as I gave you all the credentials of a fresh installed WP that was installed yesterday. This is time sensitive and so please try to resolve today. Thanks

To improve performance and streamline my work, I kindly request individual ZIP files for each layout. This would allow me to install and use specific layouts as needed without affecting my site’s speed.

What is the need to share the wordpress and FTP credentials for this minor issue? This can be easily done without sharing sensetive credentials. You can share separate zip files on my email also. Email: govindpratap1@gmail.com

Hi, Yes, you will receive the demo images when you import the demo data. However, please note that all the images are licensed from Envato. According to Envato’s policy, you need to have their license to use these images for commercial purposes.
Hello. I am requesting a full refund. After installing your theme, I attempted to install the demo content (5 failed attempts). I’ve read comments where others have had similar issues installing the demo content and your suggestion is always to submit a ticket and provide admin access. That level of support should not be needed to install demo content. If there is an issue with the demo content, fix the issue within your theme and inform users that a new version is available for download.
Please cancel my refund request. I was able to install the demo content by manually importing the files needed (xml, dat, json).

Yes, I offer your team my admin info. I don’t know why your team change the password, I can’t login in the admin now. It has been days, our project is urgent, I can’t spend more time to wait for your side to solve this issue. I read all the related document to import the demo, it is funny it doesn’t has picture or details guide in the document. I even don’t know from where can I import the demo, find no import access. This is really a very disappointing shopping experience. If I had known that there were very strict restrictions on purchasing theme refunds here, I would never have bought themes in the theme forest. I hope I can get my money back, thank you very much.
