I still haven’t heard back from the author or themeforest about a refund. I first contact them over a month ago.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS THEME!!!
Now it has been over 2 months since I wrote to them on their forum about a refund and requested a refund here for this broken theme and I still have not received a refund.
I will continue to update this thread and report back if I received a refund.

Our Page crashed with Fatal Error messages in reference to CoWidget-Plugin. This Theme doesn’t work anymore and we lose visitors each hour.
This issue seems to affect many of your customers and the cause is identified in this Plugin from Codeless. You shouldn’t ask for a Support-Ticket but give us a reply, what to do, to make our theme work again or when you’ll release an Update.

I am getting a “there has been a critical error on this website” error. I’ve spent a few hours figuring out what plugins are causing it. It is Elementor clashing with Cowidgets. I cant have cowidgets deactivated because that holds the majority of the content. Please advise how to fix

I was about to purchase this theme for a Client but the negative comments are so much. So sad to see such a beautifully created product that seems to be fit for purpose be so unusable.

I bought this theme yesterday and it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I’ve attempted to upload the theme to WordPress multiple times each of which was met with an “incompatible archive error”
GoDaddy support tried to troubleshoot – updating PHP limits etc even going so far to install the theme themselves and ran into the same error.
Highly disappointed to have paid for a theme that can’t even be installed. I’ve bought many themes over the years and built many websites and never encountered this. I’ve left a post on their support forum, lets see if I actually get help.

Update – their support team installed the theme with demo for me. Still a lot of functional issues that I’ve been going back and forth with support for (still awaiting a response on the last one). The theme isn’t very intuitive which makes it seem more problematic that it may actually be.

I use the same size of the example image that you have in each episode, but when I upload mine, and even when I download the demo image that you have and upload it, it also does not show clarity contrary to the one you already have uploaded in the demo itself , how can I do?

I would be comfortable buying the theme and trying it, only if I could get a refund if it’s difficult to customize for me, I have dealt with developers who say their theme functions fine, when it doesn’t and I get stuck with paying and not being able to use it, and themeforest supports the developer. I would be happy to give it a shot with your theme because I like it, if you can assure me I can get a refund if I ask for one. Thank you.

I’m most concerned with being able to add the audio from my podcast regardless with which podcast host I use and use the theme’s play button. It sounds like that might be a problem, or maybe my audio won’t be added to the theme’s player, I read someone say. I’m sure there are other things, but I’m not going to get into everything here. The rating on the theme is very concerning. So again I’m willing to give it a try as long as I can get a refund if I run into any issues, and what I mean by issues is not bugs but problems working with the theme.
Sir if you are trying to use audios which are currently on other vendors like spotify then you have to manually add them means you have to upload there audio file. Other then this if you are talking about having several hosts audios like categories yes you can use them as you see fit. Noe regarding refund, you can always have your money back if the theme doesn’t satisfy your desires.
Sure if I use buzzsprout or other hosts I have to add the file.
I love the front end of the theme, so the only reason I would ask for a refund is if I don’t like the backend and how to customize it.

Yes, buzzsprout, Spotify you have to download the file and Upload to WordPress then you can play it, Self Hosted Podcast will work perfectly. Do you want to see back-end of theme how podcast and episode are working actually?

It’s one of the most beautiful themes in its category. Unfortunately, it’s really difficult to customize. You’ll waste an eternity searching for where you can upload your audio; you won’t find it. I didn’t think themes with such issues could be offered in 2023.

I noticed that the episode and season needs to be put in by hand. I can understand the season but the episode part doesn’t make sense because we can have Season 1 and Episode 1 for 20 episodes if we wanted. Is there a way to make this automatic/dynamic so that if we add it to a specific show or tag that it goes up by one every time?
I also tried importing demo data through the envato elements theme and i’m not getting all the home pages any more. It was in the menu before but i couldn’t find it in pages and now it never adds that page it seems. Home Revslider 1 ( aka home-page-3 ) is what i want, mainly the full width podcast slider under the hero section. How can i get that page again.
Subscribe On in the hero section is also empty how do i get the icons like in the demo?
You created a Codeless page builder that nobody asked for and it’s using Kirki, which is the first plugin I had to turn off because it was broken and wouldn’t allow the Elementor editor to work lol. What is going on, you guys have to fix all this.

After seeing a lot of bad reviews and comments I have to ask. Someone said that basically this doesn’t link with any podcast platform and the play now and podcasts shown have to be uploaded to the site? is this true? Has the theme been updated recently? Have the issues with the demo files not installing properly been fixed? And if I find any issues like others have will i be able to get a refund? thanks in advance
