Hello and thank you for your interest! No, sorry, this feature is not available as it is a bit outdated. That was used in the past when websites were not responsive. Nowadays, zooming and enlarging are typically done using Ctrl (Windows) / Command (Mac) + mouse wheel or Ctrl/Command + Plus (+) or Minus (-) keys.

I have received a few PHP warnings regarding undefined array keys in this file: citygov/functions/widgets/widget-blog-grid.php
Specifically, the undefined array key is for tags_selection.
First recommended code improvement: the line should probably be wrapped with isset() function and then sanitized in the widget() function and update() function:
$tags_selection = isset( $instance[‘tags_selection’] )? sanitize_text_field( $instance[‘tags_selection’] ): ’’;
Second recommended code improvement: tag should only be included if $tags_selection is not empty to address the undefined array key issue in the WP_Query args:

1) Yes, the theme is actively maintained, and version 7.0 is scheduled for release in the next few weeks.
2) The maximum response time is one business day, though most tickets are answered within a few hours. However, please note that we operate from Central Europe, so there may be some delays if you are in a significantly different time zone.
3) This is a standard WordPress theme, developed according to WP coding standards. Performance depends on various factors, including your site’s content, installed plugins, traffic volume, etc. As a reasonable minimum, I recommend using a VPS for optimal performance.

Hello there! I’m thinking of buying your theme for a client, but I’d like to ask a couple of questions first.
1. Your theme is ADA compliant, and we need one that is WCAG 2.0 compliant. From what I’ve read, there should be no issue with that. Is that correct?
2. Can I import sections from one of your other demos to the one I have already imported? (e.g. I import the “District” demo but I also want to have sections from the “Political” and the “Old Town” demos as well)

1) Since WCAG 2.0 is the technical standard for ADA compliance, the CityGov theme, being ADA-compliant, should generally meet WCAG 2.0 standards as well.
2) By default, this is not possible. You can work around it by importing the demo that best fits your needs. After that, you can request specific sections from other demos from the theme support team, and they can send you the template import files. Please note that this is a courtesy, so it shouldn’t be overused.

I am very interested in buying this theme but I have some important questions:
1) Does the CityGov theme support having a logo/image and text in the header or just a logo/image?
2) Is it possible to make the header image (logo) different for different languages?
3) Is it possible to use a plugin for translation or does it have to be done with poedit software?

1) the theme can display either the site’s text title or an image logo. The text title is shown if the image logo is not set. You can set any google font for the title logo in the admin panel.
2) the theme has not been extensively tested with multilingual plugins, so I’m not sure about this request. But it is unlikely that it is possible.
3) you can use any good multilingual plugin (e.g., WPML) to translate the theme’s labels. Localization can also be done using the free Poedit tool. Please note that I am only referring to the theme’s localization, not the creation of a multilingual website.

at this time, we are not aware of any anticipated issues with Font Awesome 6. However, once the Elementor update is released, we will conduct thorough testing to ensure seamless integration. Should any conflicts arise, we will address them within a theme update.

Among the changes introduced in version 6.3 is ”- updated: FontAwesome 6 + new social icons X, threads”
I am using the Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram social media links, and after installing the new update, I discovered the icons were missing entirely. I resolved this issue by modifying includes/uni-social.php on line 8, line 11, and line 23, where I changed the name of the fa-brands class to fab. There were two <i> tags for twitter, so I removed one of those. However, the X icon does not appear and only the Twitter icon works. I can continue using the Twitter icon until you are able to resolve this issue.

WordPress Download Manager is a free plugin you can install from the dashboard, To the search field (in Plugins > Add New Plugin) paste ’ WordPress Download Manager ’ and install this plugin. All this (and more) covered in the theme documentation > Plugins: is https://themestate.com/docs/citygov/.
The singular reason I opted for your theme was because of the Download Manager. Unfortunately, I followed your documentation and still can’t get it done because I could not fount the exact plugin “WordPress Download Manager”. Please help look into this as soon as possible.
