Hello, please try the following:
1. Go to Elementor – Tools – Renegerate CSS.
2. Go to Theme Options – Save.
3. Purge all the caches.

Hi. I have the header on the home page set to transparent using the page options. The default Lumi settings I have set to Non-Transparent. I only need the home page to have a transparent header – hence the use of the page option. Since the update the page options don’t seam to work. Any idea?

Hello, is there any way I preview the login and sign up? The buttons don’t appear to work in the email marketing demo? Is there a way to preview what the user sees after signing up and logging in?
Also, is there any functionality to do a free trial sign up or accept membership levels/paid plans to sign up? Thank you.
Hello, the buttons don’t have any links, and they were set to showcase the layout of the theme. You can create custom pages for log in / sign up, and assign them to the buttons.
For the membership functionality, you will need to look for a dedicated plugin, since the theme doesn’t offer this by default.
Would the design for login in sign up match the rest using the default theme, same if I got a membership plugin or I would need to hire a designer to match it? Thanks!
Hi, usually, the membership plugins come with their own styling, so you might need to add some custom CSS to match the theme style.

Why is it so difficult to contact the developer?! At any rate, I need to make the logo bigger, I submitted a large size and the logo still looks tiny, how do I do that? Also, when scrolling down the page, the logo disappears, I want the logo to show when the user scrolls down the page. Currently it only shows when a user scrolls down the page and then scrolls back up.
Hello, to make the logo bigger, go to Theme Options – Header – Logo Height. To make the header fixed on scroll down, disable Smart Sticky from Theme Options – Header.

Hi, it’s not possible through theme options, but you can use custom CSS. Add this to Theme Options – Custom CSS:

Hello, We will add an option to remove that soon. In the meantime, you can open a ticket on https://help.uicore.co/ and we can provide a temporary solution. Animate adds only one new category to animations (zoom out) but has multiple animations style meaning that the animations are the same (eg: zoom in) but look different. to experiment with those go to Theme Options > Animations and choose a different Animations Style
Another extra is the Split Animation added to the heading, and text widget ( you can find this section in the Style tab of Heading for example)

With recent update colors set in elementor are probably being overwritten by some other colors and I dont know which ones. Basically, if you set animation colors (Fluid Animate feature), save the changes and then visit your website, you will see completely different colors.
Update: UiCore Animate is causing this issue. I disabled the plugin and now I have my colors back.

Hi, we updated the theme to 2.0.7, but after updating UiCore Animate the whole site broke. Only when deactivating the UiCore Animate the site came back. How can we solve this?
Hello, sorry for this, it was an incomplete update on WordPress repository. Please delete the plugin, then install it again. This should fix the problem.
Just tested. With UiCore 1.0.1 website crashes. Version 1.0.0 is fine.

Hello, the recent 2.0.7 version of Lumi seems to be causing functionality issues, as the homepage and several other pages are not loading correctly. Reverting to version 2.0.6 resolves these problems. Are there any updates or solutions available?
Additionally, I manually entered the Purchase Code into my UiCore Help Center account, as I purchased Lumi using a different Themeforest account, but I’m unable to select it from the dropdown menu to post queries about it.

Hello, please make sure you have the UiCore Animate plugin installed. If that’s not installed, go to Plugins – Add New and search for UiCore Animate. After installing the plugin, go to Theme Options and Save.

Can’t Update “UiCore Framework” from 5.0.5 to 5.0.6 it says “The remote plugin package consists of more than one file, but the files are not packaged in a folder. .... A higher version of UiCore Framework is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”
