The problem in your case is the fact that your site url in your WP settings is most likely set to https://sparkjoy.ee/

When you are visiting your site using https://www.sparkjoy.ee/ your site causes a number of following errors (visible in JS console):

Access to font at 'https://sparkjoy.ee/wp-content/themes/renata/framework/assets/icon-sets/Essential/Essential.woff' from origin 'https://www.sparkjoy.ee' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

They are caused by the fact that the font files at https://sparkjoy.ee/wp-content/themes/renata/framework/assets/icon-sets/Essential/Essential.woff is being requested from the site https://www.sparkjoy.ee —but the server is not sending an Access-Control-Allow-Origin header to permit this.

Indeed when you visit the site using this address – https://sparkjoy.ee/ everything is ok

If you are going to use both addresses you need to add the proper CORS headers on your server

Please consult your hosting provider on how to do this.

You can not use different page builder instead of Bold Page Builder. The theme is already WooCommerce 9.x ready. There is no mega menu option out of the box.
