- Yes, ACF Pro plugin are bundled in the theme.
- To get new updates for bundled plugins, you need to wait for theme updates. Please, readmore this article from Envato with detailed clarifications: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
You will receive notification for theme update in the Dashboard, then after theme updating, go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins -> ACF Pro -> Update.

Hi, detailed instructions, how to install theme and import demo data:
1) Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes -> Upload -> select itsulu.zip theme installable file -> Install.
2) Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins -> ITSulu Plugin -> Install -> Activate.
3) Activate theme in ITSulu Panel -> Activate.
4) Install & activate all required plugins, go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins -> Install and Activate.
5) After all required plugins is installed, you can Import demo content, go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Import Demo Data -> select demo -> click “Import”.

Please, check if you activated theme in Dashboard -> ITSulu Panel -> Activate.
Then, go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins -> ACF Pro v6.2.2 -> Install and Activate.
