Hi Edge-Themes, I have problem with First Frame theme. I have installed polylang and I have set 3 languages. The main language is English, but the link of each project in all language go to Catalan version of the project that I clicked on.

Please note that the theme won’t be added to the “Supported Items” dropdown automatically after the purchase. It is necessary to submit a ticket for it first so the purchase code can be verified.
When submitting support request please make sure to fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Edge) and then theme.
Some effects (especially hover effects) are limited on mobile due to the way touch functions on mobile. There is no cursor on mobile, only touch which acts like click. Hover effect is the result of cursor going over the item and since there is no cursor on mobile this cannot be achieved. Also, there is no option to change the click behavior of touch.

Which theme is better for an actor? Cinerama or FirstFrame?

Both themes are great! The FirstFrame comes with the Elementor demo content, while Cinerama, apart from Elementor, also comes with WPBakery and Gutenberg demo versions. This can be a factor if you want to use a certain page builder.
Both themes are highly customizable and can be adjusted to suit your needs. It is just a matter of personal preference and general aesthetic.

Besides several compatibility issues I’ve experienced with Elementor, it’s worth noting that the imported demo pages don’t fully match what’s advertised—particularly, the skew layout feature simply does not work as shown. My support license expired before I could use the theme extensively (I only began using it a few months after purchase), so I’m unable to get official assistance now. Be aware of these limitations before purchasing.

Please check if you are using the latest version listed in change log.
If you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Hello, I need to create a website for a small cinema where they sell their own tickets (without seat reservations).
Is it possible to do this with your site? I like how the movies are presented in the portfolio with details such as the main actors, category, and director. Can I do the same but as a product? The idea is that when selecting a movie, customers can buy tickets directly there. I imagine I would have to emulate the portfolio design but as a “single product” with Elementor. The theme features layouts designed specifically for presenting movies, including movie review, film maker, poster and festival layouts. There are no built in ticketing features. For selling tickets you might have to use a 3rd party plugins or some WooCommerce extension.

The product single pages have a certain layout, defined by WooCommerce. You can use Elementor to edit only the description tab. Other content is added through Theme and WooComemerce options.
Portfolio lists and product lists are a bit different. You can use the product list to display products as on this link.

The elementor backend doesn’t load it keeps on spinning and when we disable the FirstFrame Core plugin it loads but as this a theme plugin the layouts get missing after deactivating it

Hi there, The theme has a lot of bugs. The Page settings do not work correctly with Elementor and automatically switch from Full length to Box. Errors in Headers and Footer widgets and many small bugs make it very difficult to edit it. It takes a lot of time to upload. Not happy with my purchase.

Hi, this being a film production and movie theme, there is no video movie box portfolio theme template. Having 2,3,4,5,6 column option movie box thumbnail options to showcase completed projects. When I include a video on a portfolio page using the “media items” feature with a smaller layout, the video seems to appear in a square format. Is there any way to maintain the original dimensions of the video instead of it being automatically cropped to a square shape?
