WHY THERE IS NO STEPPER IN BLAZOR THEME
Currently, the Ynex template doesn’t include a stepper, which is why we didn’t include it in Blazor Version. However, we are planning to add it in the next update. Stay tuned for the latest enhancements!
Do not trust the information offered by this seller! the templates supposedly come for different frameworks but they do not specify that they sell them separately at any time.

This template is awesome, Please allow me to make a suggestion, in page ( form_dateTime_pickers.html ) which is to add the daterangepicker library (www.daterangepicker.com), as it has more options than the currently used flatpickr library.
