I noticed today that you have updated the theme today. I downloaded and updated the theme to the latest version, but once I updated WooCommerce to version 7.9.0, I got a blank (white) screen and my website broke.

Luckily I restored a recent backup.

Is this theme a 100% compatible with WooCommerce 7.9.0?

You mention something about that in your theme description, but I think this functionality is not included as part of the theme, correct?

If it is not included, then do you have to recommend a plugin that is compatible with this theme?

Hi there, purchased your default up.store template today (didnt import anything else) to this new domain/host, activated the theme with no issues. When I installed the suggested plugins and activated successfully after a few minutes th site became unresponsive. Could not even change back to default twenty-twenty theme. Had already deleted all the generic plugins before starting this process and only left the classic editor. First time I’ve experienced an issue such as this from an Envato/Themeforest author. I’ve been creating/uploading websites for clients for years. Used my usual ftp to upload the upstore correctly with no errors, in the end I had to manually delete the theme and each plugin from my cpanel till the site finally responded. Its a toss up between wp bakery or the skytheme plugins as the site before the site would respond. I’m almost thinking I should look for a refund as this is my valuable time wasted on this failed process.

If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Hi, I want to import game theme from the list of themes. It says that I am missing style.css file and cannot be imported. Found some answers about that this game.zip contains some files which cannot be imported and that I need to extract it somewhere and change some .php files. It also says to extract the game.zip and upload upstore.zip file which is not inside game.zip when I extract it. HELP

How do I make a header full width?

I have chosen the header with centered logo – the 6th block on the ‘Header Option’ settings. But now I need to header to be a full width. Together with mega menu. I tried to find the settings but I can’t find it. Also your docs do not mention it?
