I bought 6 licenses and when I was using them, I found that they had expired. And can’t submit a ticket for help.
Let me send an email to this email address support@thememove.com every time to get support. But when I sent the email, the reply was very slow. It usually takes 2-3 days for a reply.
Errors often occur in the main body. A common error currently is that the product category page will change to 404 for no reason, and the reason cannot be found. At the same time, the built-in comment plug-in is garbled. I haven’t gotten a resolution yet.
So I’m really disappointed, I purchased 6 licenses, I really like the theme design. But the functionality behind the scenes is really bad. When modifying a function, it takes a lot of time to search. There is no detailed documentation.

Hi There, I cant edit the Cart or Checkout page. And the current design is just not fitting at all. I would like to use a design as seen on “Mega store” template, just as reference.
I try to edit via Elementor, but it gets bugged in one column all the time, might be theme version or something?! No caching plugin active at the moment.
=> Editing always breaks the design of the page and there are no theme options. Cant provide screenshot here. Would be nice if you could contact me, thanks.

There is an option to display Cart or basket in Theme Options. This has nothing to do with your English UK language WP installation.
