Pre-sales queries - 1. I (super admin) will add all listings on behalf of my clients as their own listing from Admin panel. Is it possible? 2. Can super admin add / edit fields such as Categories, sub-categories, Region etc.? 3. Can super admin add / edit Regions? Right now only few region & sub0region visible in the demo panel of Owner. I, as a super admin, can add / edit Region and sub-region? Which will be like suburb of a City !! And location and map will be picked up as per Region entered of that listing ? 4. Or ‘Friendly address’ field can pick up more precise location on the map and display in front-end to website visitors? 5. Theme is using ‘Mapbox’. But can it be take precise location using Google map as well? 6. What is limitation of adding photographs & Videos per listing?

ad6. Just the common sense and your server capabilities, of course you can limit number of photos in setting as for videos we only have oEmbed option, no self-hosted videos.
Can I also filter the listings by “now open” or times, for example? So I only want to display experiences that are currently available (bowling alley is currently open), or I want to enter a time (e.g. 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.) and only show experiences that can be booked at that time.
It is possible but not as filter as it’s rather heavy sql query, but if you open a page like that https://listeo.pro/listings/?open_now=true it shows listings that are currently opened

Is there a system for defining the VAT rate? I have never seen that.

You can assign different tax rates for each country under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Standard rates. Assign the standard tax class to the product and this same product will be taxed differently according to the Standard rates table – https://i.imgur.com/x5x2PYC.png.
https://woo.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/Yes, that’s for woocommerce, and not for listeo. The owner cannot choose a VAT rate defined on woocommerce for their list and on the checkout page, there is no VAT rate which is added to the price. So I don’t see the importance of this field.

Also on Booking if User Country is not selected, no error message is displayed and user can’t continue but he is not told why.

hi, why are some of my listing shows the “open now”/ “closed”. and some of the list did not show? even though the list has the same opening/close hours. is there any bug or do i need to update the theme
There is no bug but update is always recommended.

The issue with Open now/closed might be cause by cache plugin
We don’t have yet shortcodes for forms as we use page templates for that, but it’s been requested and we have it on TODO list
Hi, a question related to this section that I have tried to optimize in WP Rocket but without results, what can you suggest to help improve the LCP loading in PageSpeed.
The images that I have been testing are already optimized for fast loading but still in Pagespeed it shows as if they were not in that specific section related to the gallery
The other question is how I could automatically assign the file name to the ALT description to the image since it is not assigned by the Listeo system and there is no way from the publications form.

The content I added for each package under the “woocommerce > listing packages > product” section.
They’re all gone. The CSS has completely changed for the packages. All I can see per package is the automated listing stuff that I don’t want to use.
There has to be some sort of pre-warning for a change this radical on such an important page.
How do I revert to the old package layout??

Try to enable debugging mode, add the following line to the wp-config.php file in your WordPress installation directory:

When this setting is enabled, it should show more details about that problem.

We don’t handle that in theme currently, it’s rarely chosen as option, I have to think how to do it but we need to show it separately somewhere for CoD type of payments

How would I get the Listing ID for my listings invdvidually?

if you add a new field in Listeo Editor -> Fields in any of listing type fields tab with id “_id” it will automatically display the id of the listing in custom fields section
So are you saying in Listeo Editor -> Fields I create a new field names “id” and thats it? How do I check it?

Excellent! Will this only show listings created after this? They are not showing for existing listings, and I do not see the ID in the admin listings page under custom fields.
It will show for all listings, you just have to add such field in Listings Field editor under each “listing type” tab

What’s best depends on your specific requirements and preferences. I encourage you to consider what features are most important to you and how each product aligns with those needs. Both Listeo and WPentals have detailed landing pages showing that they have to offer, of course I’d recommend Listeo but I won’t make this choice for you.
