We just realized that everything, fonts, styles, and images, are being loaded from the previous site (https://peopletech.alfamediaweb.info/). If we were to remove this site, everything would break. The issue seems to be that it’s not picking up the change to the new domain.
We had to fix everything ourselves; you have the worst support I’ve seen on ThemeForest.

2. I see you installed the theme in two different places and was trying to shift from one place to another.
3. Also there was midnight here 8 hours ago. We always reply you in office time. Live support time: GMT+0 4AM to 6PM (total 14 hours active each day). We are closed in different holidays.

I just installed the theme and it looks broken. I assume it is because I need to install Elementor Pro. When I click to connect and activate it, I am asked to create a login or login with an existing account. The theme was sold as containing Elementor Pro so I assumed the email would be the one in my wordpress account. I don’t see any login information or instructions in the theme documentation. How is that included if we can’t find a way to connect it? How do I connect it to the account included in the theme?
