Hi, just got an issue when importing demo in wordpress,

In the automatic import (one click demo import in wordpress) i get an error message saying: “import failed: An error occurred while fetching file from: http://themeearth.com/demo/netfusion/netfusion-content.xml! Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds.” (consider that i got a really strong optic fiber wired internet connection up to 1gb download and upload).

In the manual import i get a different error message that invite me to read the error log, that’s the error log and it seems “redux file” is missing:

When installing this theme how can I get the pre-made pages that are shown in the preview? I appear to have to create and format pages from scratch and had hoped to have pages shown in the preview to edit, are these available?

I just purchased this theme and want to use it but would prefer to use a child theme. Does this theme support the use of a child?

I’m receiving an error saying the “style.css file is missing,” and I’m unable to install the theme. It seems this issue has been affecting users for over a year. Why haven’t you updated the theme to resolve this? Are you going to help each customer individually instead of fixing it? I acknowledge that I should have checked the reviews before purchasing, but I’d like to request a refund.
